Change out your CO2 bottle for soda flow? Can do this! Want your soda syrups? Got. Want strength cleaning agents? Go downstairs! Along with your basic home provides like plumber type stuff. Essential copies and cooking equipment? You may get it all here. And everyone is friendly. It's all good, although Additionally, it helps they are literally haha.

Generally this place is good. I love that they have a student discount, and their prices are fair. Only complaints I have are they had to always have one or more individuals downstairs the last several days I went there wasn't any one. This was bothersome. Also last time I moved to get a backup that they left didn't work. . . I also brought in two knives to get their service, and they had been no sharper when I fell off than they had been when I got back them. So I urge then for"principles" but not for key making or knife sharpening.

I needed some hardware items and I had been surprised by the amount of items Basics Plus has. Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions. They also stay open until 10pm every night, which was handy.

Moved to the UWS and this shop is a gem. Super nice staff (Maria is the best), fantastic stock, and a block away from me. This place is excellent!

Visited many times to the place. Staff is very friendly. So that they'll know exactly what you need based on the season they usually find clients. The it's very difficult to make home. They may give you a clue as to what you can and can not get away with.

Wonderful shop. Located zip ties on a Sunday evening. Eager to try out the stone knives they provide.

From the initial to the cashier, to all kinds of floor help between. Makes you think twice about online shopping!
Although they have a tendency to carry stuff, prices are reasonable. . .so it is not always the location for a deal.

Came here for a few long-overdue knife. Not only were they super friendly but it was good value ($8-ish per knife) and they had the ability to do it within 2 hoursjust in time for an impromptu dinner party I was hosting. My knives are sharper than ever and I am a happy chef once again. Neighborhood gem!

I Guess it Is my bad for assuming that unused Goods with original untouched packaging Might be returned but Imagine not - Be sure to read the fine print (Although you only Have to see it on the receipt AFTER you make the purchase, and it Is not like anyone there gave me Some heads up on this Coverage ):They got $10 but they won't ever get another dime. I wonder if they're knowledgeable about the idea'customer lifetime value'...

Just moved into the area and basics plus had all I needed that I couldn't bring with me. From kitchen items into copies of my keys the staff was helpful, particularly Maria who mentioned deliveries over $50! Will probably be my go to for flat needs

I've come to finish household tasks that are simple and the workers here are always very valuable. The majority of the time I have no clue what I am doing and they are always individual and very knowledgeable!

Really like this place. Always filled with info and charisma. Things that were pretty and individuals mixed in with the hardware.

They will not issue you a return, even when they sell you a faulty product. At best, you're going to get a store credit. My husband and I moved into New York and wanted to encourage local businesses instead of big corporations. We'd visited Basics Plus for could living here and had been pleasantly pleased with their choice. I walked 10 blocks to purchase a broom and drape pole although Bed Bath & Beyond would have been closer and cheaper. I guessed the plastic must've been old and was dismayed at shoddy material, or simply poorly made. I walked all the way back to return the broom. However Basics Plus wouldn't give me a return, stating that the product was nice when they sold it to me and that I must've broken it. They can offer an exchange or store credit, no return. Seriously, they want to loose customers over $32.67? Fine. We will not be providing Basics Plus some more of our business.

Very convenient housewares store with friendly helpful staff, reasonable rates and many options.

You're excellent, when you're open. However, I called to confirm you would be available until ten, that you affirmed, and then you closed early. You shook your head and you saw me and did not let me in. Not cool. I can't polish the floor before my parents arrive.

The team are nice and sweethearts and helpful. They have everything, and I mean EVERYTHING! That is my place I need something for my flat.

This store's staff was extremely helpful and even came to curbside to pick my vacuum up from my car. Ambi did a fantastic job repairing my vacuum. He figured out that the Problem right off and my vacuum works flawlessly. He went over and beyond in every way, and was very thorough, professional. The staff even played my two year old while he helped me. I will certainly be back.
