Ben was respectful, polite, friendly, and super professional. I call him again if I have some more issues without losing my keys. I don't want to call him because locking out myself losing my keys would be a crisis but he is someone I can count on. Reasonable priced
My spouse named Ben's Window and Door because we had a bit of molding that holds glass bit on the door. He came out and fixed it so I figured I would give him a little more work. I had him replace a few of those four endings that was broken on a window screen. I inquired if he can fix the decrease screen door in my wheel trailer and he cried. He even took because he stated he wants to find the part, the broken window screen. He explained the next day he will bring it back fixed and fix the trailer screen. He brought a new screen, when he returned to discover. I was at my spouse handled the payment transaction. He charged us $200 bucks after never giving us a quotation or thought of the cost. I'd say all totaled 1 hour of effort. I'm not a screen and door man, I'm actually a firefighter. I know I might have fixed both displays for no longer than 20 bucks. This man said $75 for a service call charges! They are not, if that's true a number of the labor cost should be absorbed in the service call fee! In my opinion this man is really a opertunist! He not only took advantage of my spouse, he never gave any notion of cost! SCAMMER!!! STAY AWAY!!!
RUDE! And works out of his house?! Super sketch. Since I had driven to the speech on yelp I called to ask a question and it looked like I was at the house of someone. He yelled at me not to drive there although I did. Just plain bizarre.
