I had the whole home rekeyed and JW Lock was the very first place I predicted. Harold was answered all the questions I had and knowledgeable. What I asked for was actually far more costly than what I actually needed to have done. So Harold (?) Took the time to explain a more affordable alternative that actually went to make my home more secure.

Was referred at JW Lock by our safety company. All I need to say. Outstanding. Norm replied my phone call emailed me that the quote the night, away made an appointment the following day and began the work the following morning promised. Took him and 2 of his workers 2 complete days to reset, re hinge, install and examine 32 thick 48" doorways, 32 commercial grade handles and 10 automatic door dividers. I strongly recommend JW Lock for all residential and commercial needs. A++++++

With has this company proprietary locks which were installed via this company. While I want to order extra keys, I will simply call them and they've got them prepared for pick-up. The people here are friendly and the service is prompt. Should you want keys made or locks, give them a call.

My mom was in need of a. She had some sort of weird setup on her door that was around for many decades. Recently, we had to own caregivers in her home, and the door lock situation became even more of a mess. Call back and I phoned JW to ask about replacement and was told to purchase the set that was deadbolt that I needed at a home supply store. They were able to come to my mother's home that day. After a number of hours, everything was in working order despite the age of the warped door. The old deadbolt was removed and the hole in the doorway covered, the brand new knob/handle/deadbolt was set up, the plate in the doorjamb was placed in with long screws ensuring greater security in relation to break ins, keys were made and the full work place was left pristine. I so love their willingness. It's such a relief to now have easier access for our caregivers and a set up that my mother can use. I highly suggest this business!

They have a shop that is huge with lots of supply items that are lock. Should you need anything make certain to give them a call to see if they have it.
Fantastic customer service. I purchased a replacement lock because of my own parents broken deadbolt. They rekeyed both tanks for $28 ($13 a cylinder). Really affordable. I called around and they were the very best bargain. Because it was really affordable, I drove from Baldwin Park. I drove round the corner to have some money and within 10 minutes my lock has been completed. Will definitely return next time I'm in town.

If you need a locksmith, you have ta go with JW Locksmith! On 9/12/2014 Mason came out and rekeyed my entire house. He had been on time and the service was. I didn't have a opportunity to say: Thanks you! Since I needed to leave for work but my father said, you finished up and everything went good!

At a hurry and in a panic.. I had to make some in a rush and lost my keys. I took my only set of keys left house and car keys and JW lock company was able to help me get a new set of keys in less than 10 minutes. Their support was friendly and efficient. I recommend this locksmith to family and all of my friends!

Nothing bad to say about this place. Knowledgable and considerate personnel. Very refreshing to locate a business that still knows what customer service is all about. I had to travel a ways to obtain this place but it was worth it. Keep the fantastic work up.
