Kevin was amazing!!! I phoned and he picked up. I had been having a problem with my deadbolt, but it wasn't a crisis. He said that he asked if he could come by in the late afternoon and today. That worked out perfectly for me. He said he would call back if he had been on his way. He predicted when he was on his way as promised, and he apologized for the delay. That was appreciated by me, although it wasn't a delay in my perspective!
He showed up as promised and instantly identified the issue. He found some components in his truck, fixed it up good as new, and then I paid for all in my credit card . I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and Bob's Lock and Key from the PVD area looking for a locksmith that is friendly, attentive and helpful to anybody. Thanks Kevin!!

Searched google for a near.. I needed my locks called up bobs lock and key. They left me several keys altered 3 of my locks and were able to come from precisely the day, and even helped fix. Super friendly service, and costs were very reasonable as well.

I have never used a locksmith earlier, but urgently needed one when I broke my key off yesterday evening. Thankfully, this was the first company I called, since the service has been impeccable and Kevin was among reasonable business owners and the nicest I have ever interacted with. Very professional and friendly. Scheduling was simple and instantaneous. He inserted a lock and re-keyed all the locks. He had been buzzing around the house for a little and it had been only nicer he had been genial. He reminded me to put a key in my keychain as he wrapped up the occupation. The next day, once I locked myself out (because I forgot to put the key on the keychain) he had been at my house in under 15 minutes without attitude or eye rolls.
