When a door lock adjusted was had by our customers car, we were able to get in to City Lock same day, and they did the fix while our driver waited! Without an appointment. As a result of their speediness our customer was able to get all the work done in 1 day, which made him (and us) very happy. City Lock is our move to, this is.

So that I could complete programing that the PATS security here in my location to save the customer on a tow charge wanted to send them a customer to only have a key made. The customer called them and is 82 years old and he speaks broken English. They gave him the run around telling him that they had the car there to program themselves. I phoned City Lock myself to explain that he simply needs a chip crucial cut where the vehicle would be to save the consumer a tow charge, so that I could complete programing it in my location. The guy was so dumb. I will never do business with them or refer anyone to them.

I hired City Lock to install all locks on a three family home I just bought in Providence. But when I spent a while with the manual a few weeks later and discovered the lock has been giving me an error code for installation, I called City Lock have a look at fixing it and to have them come out. The sales people were rude to me and explained that I just needed to buy a new lock. I insisted that somebody come out and have a look, the lock was TELLING me it wasn't installed properly. I had been advised this is a"waste of our time" and also told to"calm down."

The guys behind the counter were very great. . 1 key did not work and it was repaired the same day! They also carry great door lock choices...

City Locks saved us by making two copies that unlock our door with ease, after going just to be disappointed over and over. In addition, we were able to make copies of our automobile key disappointed us or when turned us down. Thank you City Locks!!!

They were so useful! I unscrewed the lock and my key got stuck in the lock and took down the whole thing to the shop place. This is after I had a broken key and had copies made at Lowes and Home Depot (none of these worked and the HD backup got stuck in the door lock. Within minutes, they freed the key, modified the HD key and it works now! All for $5, that is less than everywhere else. Lesson attempt the local locksmith with the place! As one girl you can never be too safe with those van services. There is also a company, so make certain you have the right one!

When my car had been broken into, one of my house keys had been stolen. They had four locks changed within one hour of my call and had been at my house. I recommend them.

While I re-key manages to match I was charged around $9 per manage each and $2 for each key copied. I think speciality keys cost $5 each and they're brass keys.
I greeted and the service is fast. These men will not let you down, if you'd like your locks along with quality keys to operate. I've been able to receive difficult to coincide with keys and they fit.
I'm always impressed by skills and the speed of the locksmiths and love that they examine the crucial for a good fit before giving it back.

The gentlemen at City Lock are quick, considerate, kind, and helpful. I had 3 keys to replicate, which they did directly on the spot in under 5 minutes. No hassle, and it totaled just under $5. What more can you request!
