The girls who phoned us to put our appointment and the locksmith up - I do not remember their names! - were very kind. The locksmith called when he was 10 minutes off and when he came to let us know he was here. It took him about 2 hours to put in two keyed entry knobs and 2 bolts, such as drilling holes for our doorways that were formerly bolt-less ; just as anticipated by Nicole. We'll surely use them again when we are in need of a locksmith!

THIS PLACE IS A GIANT RIP OFF!!! They came to my home and the bill was over $200 dollars. They did not bother to mention the minimum charge is $150 no matter how little work they do in the home. $200 and one lock replaced!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

I have been here twice, and obtained excellent service each time. Normally I go to the local hardware stores, Adler's (also a lovely place), for keys replicated, but this summer we needed a deadbolt replaced. This week, for motives (aka drama) unrelated to the grade of the deadbolt, I was going to replace everything about the doorway. I was perfectly prepared to upgrade on what I previously had bought, although not to purchase a lot of new stuff. The team at Clark's asked me questions, convinced me to shell out cash that was _ that I previously intended. What I needed for my reassurance was a fix that they can do in a day. I introduced in my deadbolt, they left it fit a brand new key. Then they assessed that the older one didn't and that each new key worked.
Of the Locksmithery: instead of turning around and requesting him to re-make the keys, then I stomped my foot, left an exasperated sound, and went to a big-box series (where they left keys that worked).
This is to say that if I had some keys created I turned to Clark the Locksmith first. It is local, the indications are great, and I figured (correctly) they would have this one key that has been quite tricky to copy.
I really really want to love Clark the Locksmith. I really really want to encourage local business. However, when among a store's major functions is not done well, it leaves me needing a fast fix and frustrated. And unlikely to recommend the shop to anybody.

I brought them the button at 9:30am, and has been advised it'd be done by 1pm. I got a call that it had been ready to pick up.
