Integrity is all about, and this company packs it . I had a problem with a car key because of my fiance's car, which had been busted. I get home tonight to check it out, and the cut was a little off... I can start the car, but the secret was stuck and I could not remove it in the ignition. I call the store, and Mario comes to my residence after hours, gives me a fresh cut immediately, while giving the car battery a jump in the process (all free of charge of course).

Place is helpful! Nobody could make copy's of my trucks keys and this location ! Not only they are helping to eliminate half the lodged!

My key for the 2012 Toyotabroke and that I called the dealer. . .they told me the price and that I told them just want a key not a car!!!
So I moved to Boston Car Keys and spoke to Mario and in 25 mins got my key replaced and the shore was under $100 can not conquer that VERY happy and fantastic service Mario was amazing...

I purchased an uncut crucial and caused it to a local locksmith who claimed it could cut the crucial and program. Following three keys, they told me to go elsewhere. I arrived here and with programmed crucial and a cut, I was outside the door within half an hour that they had in stock. $185 to get a key's cost was less than that which the dealer was charging. Highly recommend!

Car key worked for under 6 monthsCalled to ask if they'd replace it and the man really rudely told me it is my problem to figure out and suggested I try an auto shop and if I need them to look at the key I want to go to their shop in east Boston to do it. If your product breaks in under a year I should not as the client have to go out of my way to get it made right I paid them a ton of money to come to my house and generate a key. Rude man was the kicker. Would not use them again and would not recommend to other people.

I've been trying to receive my keys. In under 10 minutes I had two sets of keys and went here and my car was repaired! Service, super. Highly recommended!

My car remote battery died and I didn't have a screw driver small enough to swap the battery out . I attempted to open the remote with a screw driver out of an kit and purchased replacement batteries online. I wished to put in batteries. I was not successful so I decided to visit Boston Car Keys for assistance. The type man swapped the batteries out on both of my remotes free of charge. Thank you so much! You are a lifesaver!

Omg these guys are fantastic. I lost my car key,I gave them a call this morning and has been told an hour wait. They get here and at under 15 minutes they had been done. Lost my keys and needed them ASAP. The dealership wanted me to tow my car to find a new key and so were booked up for another few days. The moment I discovered this place they arrived right immediately AND billed me far Frankly so glad I moved into them.

Blown from the customer service experience I obtained. Like idiots, we dropped our ONE key to our Civic and it had been stuck in the driveway - I had no clue how we'd solve this issue. Turns out BCK includes TO OUR HOUSE (or wherever your car is) to make a fresh key - I got two so this won't happen again. I called at 8:30they had been here soon after ten (I was not on a table, I'm sure in an emergency they'd work with you), and before 11 two glistening new keys delivered right to my door. Incredible!

The price he offered me was when I showed up exactly what his employees charged me. And the men at the store were comprehensive, friendly, and professional. And did I mention?

Later the next week, I called ready to initiate the process, was told when they replied it was great Friday. My call would be returned by him Saturday. Saturday arrived no return telephone call. I left the following message, late Saturday. No return phone call, left a message on Monday and a third on Tuesday. Never a return telephone call.
Not sure what the difficulty was they did not want the business. I went back to the dealer.
