Absolutely amazing people! So kind and personable. I walked in and saw what a rating they'd online. My daughter's keyfob for the car broke (the plastic separated from the key) and she'd taped it together. I was worried that it would break in the ignition. I didn't have a clue just how much it might cost, how long it might require, or when they could repair it. They fixed it and for way less than I could have imagined! I appreciate that a little business such as this still exists in the community to provide service in this way.

I am visiting my parents along with their door lock is really difficult to open. The WD40 tries . I eliminated the lock, set it and brought it to Brighton Lockshop.
Sevil began taking it apart and fixed it for me doing the final touches. Rather than having to replace the lock, they replaced. Ishak wouldn't let me leave until I showed him I can put back the components together (which at first I was not ). He also warned be. Wow, how nice was for a total of $24!
This really is a high touch, higher degree of support from people that are lovely. Highly recommend this shop!

They're a super adorable couple That Are hardworking and gave me then sense that they've supported each other through thick and thin... I had a serious #lifegoal moment Once I had been there lol
They're actually 24 hours because I did not get over my jet lag and began calling super early... They called back straight away and gave me a quote that's at least 50% less expensive than anyplace else!! (Actually, Sevil told me that their cat wakes up them as soon as the telephone rings... How adorable is that??)
Alright enough cheesiness... it's also worth mentioning they're so busy and super quick with everything I couldn't get back to the bus because the time limit on my monthly pass has never been up (and this is after I spent a fantastic Amt of time in the fruit stand next door!)
I traveled quite the distance to get here just because of the positive Yelp reviews and boy am I glad I did!!

Since That Time, I've moved to Cambridgeport, but that I still work in Brighton Ctr. When I could, I visit their store for my household needs.
He supply keys for the deadbolt on the door that was rear and also replaced the barrel. Fantastic service, and it didn't take long!

A key cuts for me that two other places failed to cut. As soon as I mentioned another store had ignored my concerns that my key wrongly cuts, the guy behind the corner closely assessed 2-3 times to the keys to be positive they were a game. Went from a key that worked maybe 5 percent of their time! It is this place if there's any place in Boston I urge!

This is a great shop. The staff there are friendly and the service is efficient and quick. The rates are reasonable and many things can be done while you wait. Besides the locks it's just like a True Value shop with a great deal of household tools in a shop.

Called them they said they would be at my apartment at 30 minutes but were there in 20. Fixed the issue quickly and handled the billing economically. A+!

I had a neighbor that had a set of my house keys so that I needed to change the guards quickly. Cant set a price on security. Great service, fast, great quality, and really nice guys.
I asked to get a quote beforehand couldn't give one to me, however he was driving. He showed up to do the job. I forgot to inquire what the extra would be so that I was a little surprised at the price that was $500 and added three locks into the order. I havent had a lock within 20 years ( $80 a lock back then) so a 20 increase per lock looks fair. My fault for not getting a quote for every job before he started so I might have managed the range of work and my own budget. He later clarified the quality of the locks were.
Speedy service. Changed five locks in one hour.

Easy to operate with. When I locked myself out, came out and for $75 got me in to my apartment. Hopefully wont make this mistake but if I ever did I would call these guys.

Last week my buddy moved and she had lots of stuff for her new place , conveniently there was a hardware store just up the street just like 2 blocks. I enjoyed this place for two reasons: The shop couldn't have been larger than 500 sq ft but it was much better stocked than many hardware areas I've been to; second, the owners did not hesitate to help us, from the next day of going in the shop we were on first name basis and they were helping us get around the city and giving us other great snippets of information, their kindness and attention wasn't overlooked. They were inspiring, even in the face of Massachusetts' taxes Ha that is ridiculous!

The only location where I was able to copy my keys at. No where else had that type of keys. They've a variety of keys and the folks working there are so nice and happy you help. . Highly recommended

I arrived home from work to find I couldn't lock my door behind me. He understood instantly what had broken inside the lock As soon as I showed him what was going on. He took it apart and showed me it had gotten progressively worse over time until it gave up tonight and what was broken. He over less than 30 minutes had deciphered the whole matter, and had a replacement in his car. While I trust I don't have lock problems later on, I will not be afraid to call Brighton Lockshop again!! Extremely kind and fast support! Thank you Isak!

I can not recommend this place enough. Timely and super nice and beneficial.
Once he got open, he noticed it was apparent he wouldn't have felt comfortable leaving a lock at the condition of disrepair to me that mine was in replaced it and just how my lock was. At one point there was a piece missing and then he moved back to the store to acquire the piece that is appropriate.
I'm so grateful to have a doorway that works!
The lock into my apartment didn't work/my key didn't work. I decided to check Yelp to get someone to come and save me my markets although I was prepared to dismiss the apartment building. I'm so happy I came across this firm! I forget his name but a certain lifesaver.

The proprietor was helpful and very friendly. My Tule had been taken by me to a store but received a rude support. On the contrary, the proprietor at this store was very considerate and went above and beyond to correct my lock problem although. Highly suggested. He'll be my loved ones locksmith from now on.
