Bruce's Lock Shop

They've moved I believe 4500 E. However, seeking them out is well worth it. I have never had a key made here. Also, they will rekey your new house using locksets for a very reasonable amount.

I travel across town every time I want to have a key made, because I know they'll get it right first time, unlike the major box franchises.
(I'm a realtor and so I want duplicates often)

His firm and bruce have been my go-to men for ages. Bruce is a stand up guy and will treat you right with fantastic customer support and prices that are greater than reasonable.

Therefore, I will not be moving back. Affordable crooks!
The matter is, I went into the store and the guy at the counter told me the keys will be $3 each. I had 3 keys are cut by him. No discussion, no apology. Sold their soul and cheated me for $.50 a secret.
The keys they cut for my Honda motorcycle work fine. That's not the beef.

Recently I drove down Golf Links facing a Bruce's lock shop van. I stopped short of this bike in front of me because I didn't want to have near his rear, as he passed me along with me chased, keep to move around to the street on my left and cuss at me. If you let your employees act that is just unprofessional. I know there's a store in Tucson I am never going to go to now!

My expertise with Bruce's lock shop was once we contacted them about doing some work on the doors in our enterprise. First off, the agent that came out to give the estimate was one of the most egregious"professionals" I have done business with - very vulgar and rude. Then after we got the job done we came to realize that they had ordered and installed the wrong sort of ($150+) handles. Because our understanding had been based on a verbal, we did not get the situation rectified. After our general bad experience and just how slow they had been (both in coming out and in getting the job done) we ended up going to another lock shop to get the job re-done correctly. Would certainly not recommend.

I ran an errand for my father and went to this place hoping to get a key dulicated. I show him the secret and he immediately steps back and yells at me DON'T YOU COME AND EVER TRY IN HERE WITH A KEY COVERED UP LIKE THAT. I starred at himclueless as to what he was discussing. Apparently my father had sprayed the"Do Not Duplicate" part of the key. I told the man that it was not my key and to relax. He advised me to leave the store instantly. Worst customer service ever. If you need a key, Proceed to Home Depot or Ace Hardware.

Extremely overpriced and impolite. For 925 and free shipping to your doorstep the product is sold by manufacturer. Bruce's wants 1450 outside the doorway. Apparently installation and taxation is $500+. Wo negotiate on price. Rip off.

Should you need a safe, this is the place. Big or little they got it all. Very helpful and kind personnel. I stopped when they fixed em up and in to ask some quesions about my locks. Gave me a recyler in town's name where I could locate spares. Thanks again...

Two Honda Goldwing bikes are owned by me. The keys for this bicycle are somewhat unique and many shops don't carry. Many years ago I discovered that Bruce's transported the essential blank and needed copies made for my motorcycle. I now have a Goldwing, and fast forward to now and want new keys that are duplicate. I didn't hesitate to immediately go to get made. Both experiences were fantastic for any lock/key needs that I have in the future and I'll return.

We originally referred to as someone else but they botched the task at night at 7:00 time. Left our college students on a home with no lock. Called Hugo and he moved outside and had the locks set up in no time. Our problem was solved by him and at a really reasonable price! We are very grateful and would highly recommend!

Went into get a key made. I have a Mercedes that is timeless and Ace Hardware wasn't able to replicate exactly the key. The man at Ace recommended Bruce's and I am happy he did. I swear I had been in an out in 60 minutes or less and the essential functions like a charm. Will be coming back. Very friendly too.
