I locked myself outside of my apartment. Called and was quoted something. The locksmith comes and says it'll likely be $280. It took him 8 minutes to find the door open. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. The business practices of this company are deceptive although the locksmith was polite.
I had been lied to and tricked, although I don't blame the tech as he doesn't establish the costs. Never do business with this company. Can give 0 stars if I could. My error was to not check Yelp.
I had to get a U lock cut on a bicycle because the key was broken. I predicted and was quoted $20 service fee and the tech would come and tell me how much the lock will cost to remove. I had been told costs begin at $25 for bicycle locks.
Technician quotes and arrives the removal. Oh, and that I wanted to cancel, there was an additional $29 cancellation fee. Never was that this fee mentioned to me by the customer service representative. And 89? He cut the lock in about a minute.
I called to find out what their hours were, and if they make crucial copies. They said they're a mobile store just - the woman who answered the phone hung up on me when I moved to request a follow up question! I had been polite and had no idea.
Their customer support requires a lot of assistance although I can not say how they're as an locksmith support.
