When I called to say that the lock had gotten worse he was ready to come by right away, though we ended up keeping the appointment.

I've used this service to change locks. Bob has been on time, courteous and conscientious. The small springs fell out and when one of my locks stopped working, he came by to fix it for free. I have used this service on a scheduled basis, and haven't used it for emergencies.

He was courteous and instant but he charged us 2x as much to get a virtual lock than it was advertised online ($250 vs. $125). Be sure to ask his prices up front , if you use him. I really feel like I got ripped off!
