Harry's 24 Hour Emergency Locksmith

Comments

Update: I must place 5stars for prompt support and job, After hearing from folks who had same experience.
Here is the experience since I locked myself outside in the afternoon in 1am, I had to phone up to Locksmith. I was really overwhelmed about the circumstance. Before I ask them to come over, I need to ask the cost first. Like I said, this is my first encounter, not or so I have no idea this is a pricing. But I can give folks a heads up.
Remainder goes to safeguarding, $75 for locksmith guy to be there. I place 2 stars, for price that was more than I imagined. Aside from that get it done in less than an hour that was wonderful.

Fake address. There is not any business at 40 Hampshire road. Wasted an hour to come here.

Quick to respond. Flexible with when he could come. And ancient into the appointment period! We were given a couple of options to repair our door lock and let us pick which we did by him. None are cheap, but I have no matter who you proceed. Will definitely pick Harry to telephone if I do, although I expect not to need a locksmith again.

The locksmith that they delivered came to check the lock and determined that the defense and the mechanism were not correctly coordinated - he would have to align them. His commission to resolve the problem was $340. I requested him to breakdown the price, he repeated the problem. I asked him , he replicated the problem. I then said,"I'm trying to understand from a time and material perspective how this will cost $340, can you just explain that?" He replied,"I already told." Upon further inquiry he became mad, raised his voice and explained,"if you are the expert to perform it yourself,""you do not need me here if you know so much! , and he went ."
I used Harry's locksmith and had a really inadequate experience. I have called and left a message for management, I hope that they will respond appropriately.

They are not able to provide any contact details, but I heard today that the answering service that answers requires Harry's is unaffiliated with Harry's, although I have attempted to speak to the company to whine.
I informed him I was uncomfortable with him raising his voice as he was becoming mad, and I asked him to depart. He refused to leave the apartment until he was paid for the house call.
I was correct to question the price I was quoted for the repair that is suggested. I had someone and he fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Harry's was overcharging.
Three days after:
I would definitely not use this company service.

The remainder of these reviews make me believe they are either purchased or simply friends submitting 5 star reviews to help out. Waited 2.5 hours with no one showing up. Every time I called back it was"oh, he's almost there," or even"I'd call the tech, just 5 more minutes." I ended up breaking and cancelling the window to get into the doorway I'd locked myself out of. Go with Star Locksmith, Sir Locks a Lot, or Mass Locksmith, If You're Able to.

The technicians were to the main office within twenty minutes of my phone in my apartment. I was really happy with their timeliness. The one tech tried so difficult to pick on my lock, I genuinely think he hoped it would open for him to make it unlocked but there were a lot of pins inside. Instead of using airbags - he knew the door would be wrecked by it and the door was too tight - we had to drill the lock. Drilling it was a tough job but finally we got ! The doorknob was set in very quickly and I was with these men were happy. The other company that had been to my place ruined my doorway with the approach that was airbag so this guy made sure I took a bunch of pictures! Regardless, they were able to install a new doorknob and the price was reasonable given the conditions. Highly recommend this place, STAY AWAY FROM RF LOCKS.

When I got lockout, the service was called by me. Because they had been the closest to me I chose to call them. And they provided me with a quote that were under $100. After 45 minutes of waiting, the locksmith arrived and provided me a cost of $15 of base charge and $185 service charge. I was quite surprised... The end result was the door was opened but the lock was busted! I called the ceremony why they provided the quote from the cost the technician asking them, and they stated they never estimate on the telephone. I found their business address is not even found at the recorded address and was furious, the address is the same as the pizza shop Emma! As I dig deeper, I realized they answered their telephone as"locksmith service", they don't say what title of the service. Apparently, there are lots of"locksmith" providers who take advantages of the simple fact that MA doesn't govern locksmith industry made these illegitimate business common!
