Perfect support and saved me money and time!
I had bought blanks online and went for a Jeep key. I had been advised that these keys do not work so he offered to purchase me a brand new Jeep key with remote. Went to the store and 10 minutes after I had been on the street! Fantastic support!

I hunted around for a place to find a spare Honda Element key made, and settled on this. Glad I did- good price.
Nice waiting area, friendly and fast service, very competitive price. Made the while I waited, which was just 10 minutes or so. If I had been in a jam I would not be afraid to call them, and next time that I have the luxury of planning ahead I shall return also.
We were not in a hurry and didn't wish to pay the commission, although they do work that is cellular. Talked throughout the Yelp quotation procedure to them, and they were good to deal with- friendly and informative. Set up an appointment and came by. They were flexible, and you could simply drop by, but you don't know if they'll be out on a run. Hard to find, even knowing where it had been - it's between the computer shop and the pub.

These guys are fast and honest about what they are currently doing. Owner didn't inflate the cost, and came out within an hour on a Sunday.

Multiple areas attempted for estimates and this was the most competitive price so I went for it. From arriving to finish, my entire experience was excellent- the speed, the customer support, and the standard of product. Highly recommend!

It was raining, cold, and Saturday night when our key got stuck at the door and we were not able to lock it (we were inside and may open the door, but could not lock it to depart ).

I was very happy with the lock support of Craley. Jordan and I spoke together about the phone and he was vey helpful and knowledgable. I explained what I wanted he recommended an alternate make of door and deadbolt knob and sent me some pictures via text message. Jordan managed to order the locks and have them ready and keyed in a few days. He explained how to put them and said to call him if I had some trouble when I picked them up and he would most likely be able to talk me through it. Jordan is honest, professional, and quite considerate. I recommend Craley's and will use them again if I need any keys or locks.

Craley's Lock Company Is Now my favorite Locksmith in Columbus. Their storefront is very convenient. Their service is very affordable and impeccable. They know what they're doing when it comes to locks, keys and security issues. My new car key was inexpensive and I had been taken care of quickly.

Called to determine if someone could get us into our house and the man answered sounding high. We explained the situation and he said it would be $125 to do a lock. When my partner explained that we wanted to call a few places and we would give them a call back the man was really rude and only said,"Yeah, fantastic luck with that," and hung up on us. Called the place and they did it. In case you are in the area definitely take Buckeye Locksmith your company. They undercut him by $30 and they were not asses.

None like to have locked out. I locked myself outside of my condo a few weeks ago. I called Jim and got me in moments and he was there within the hour. He told me how much time it could take and was right on time. Kind, helpful and courteous. Thanks! Awesome service

This place does duplication that is key, and has a real store front. Had an old bike crucial and it had no problem getting replicated.

I bought a home and all my locks wanted re-keyed, following the renovations were complete. I made arrangements for Key and Craley's Lock to do the job and I am glad that I did. The service was outstanding and highly professional. I highly urge Craley's Lock and Key!

I can't say how satisfied I am with my expertise. Lost key to my automobile, took it into a key service who pulled the computer copy and gave me a key that was poor. Called this guy soon after, he met with me and got to work. Had a cut key that is new to my truck after contacting him, and was back on the road ONE hour! Great support!!!

It's never a great experience. Jim was there in less than the guaranteed 15 minutes. He had my door opened in less than 1 minute. I will recommend this service to everybody I know. You will never regret calling this company. Thanks Craleys

After phoning locksmiths and hammering my car keys, Craley's was the only one which appear to know precisely what it would take to make me new keys shops appear to get lost. Jim showed up as he said he would, and went straight to work. He had to unlock the doors make all keys, it took him maybe a half hour complete. Jim gave me an extra pair of keys at no price.
