Curly's Lock & Key

The gentleman who helped me noticed my derp brother had been having me copy a key instead of copying the two distinct keys feel like a moron about it. He was polite and quick, including my driveway that I had 4 keys created and was away from work 15 minutes, which work better compared to the crapshoot that is Fred Meyer locksmith.
I went after reading the reviews with some apprehension, but I figured involving Fred Meyer and them I'd try the little business. I was surprised when I walked , I was greeted by both employees and while one gentleman finished work and another helped somebody else, they made sure I knew I had been there and they were not surly about it.
Idk who everyone else dealt with, but the guys at the area were both helpful and friendly!

10 years ago I used Curly's to rekey the locks in my new residence. It was a superb experience.
Now the front door would not work with the key.
An elderly gentleman came out and did the rekey. Did not work 13, when he left among this lever door handles. They sent out him when I called them. His response was by pulling to walk away and so use it that way, that it works.
August of the year I called for the same thing in the new home them on I had moved to.
Time for a locksmith.

NeverAgain.Mindset of this counter from the opposite side. Did not have mailbox locks in stock but was told shipment would arrive in 2 days. Two days called them. No shipment. Called. Still no shipment. Promised to call me when locks came; as of today, it's been a month.
Went to neighborhood hardware shop and they were well stocked for a cost that was lesser. Enough said! Online gets equal locks for 2/3 the cost plus they're delivered to your door in two days. No longer Surly Curly for me personally.

My experience was nice I had a cut from code. It was pricey, more than four times what I could have ordered the key for if I recall correctly from producer. Key worked fine. It was only very pricey.
Never Again.
My next experience wasn't as good. I took a glove box crucial in to acquire re-keyed. I also took. The lock broke. It was my fault. As I have not found a replacement, it's still broken. What you do recall the Curly's staff is right, not the customer. Imagine asking for breaking my own lock that I pay them. They said that if I didn't pay I couldn't possess the busted lock back. So I paid the glove box opened but would no more lock.
I have used the 4 times of Curly. Never Again.
Once the worker lunged over the counter to grab a lock I picked up they re-keyed but I had not paid for Paradoxically , our fourth trip involved the authorities. I guess you do not have to make sure before you cover it, it works.
The next time my wife dropped with a secret that's a RV key. It's readily available at many other places online, and any RV store, from ebay or amazon. We just happened to want it right away so she went co Curley's. After attitude from the worker working she left. She moved to Advanced RV Center where she purchased the secret for $3.50. Far less than the $25.00 plus she was quoted in Curley's since they were planning to require here to purchase the lock to get the key.

Follow up: The keys provided ruined our lock and we had to replace the entire thing... so that was a bummer. Not sure it was because of only a coincidence or the keys though.
The same as everybody said- this place was incredibly fast. It took less than 5 minutes, along with the hold up was because I could not decide which kind of design I needed on my customized house key! Good rates, great experience. I am quite delighted with my house key that has puppies on it. :)

I had no difficulties with support today. The working that is attendant was quick and friendly at making the keys I needed. I had been I out and in within 3 minutes. I would recommend this store based on my experience today.

This is a great place to get keys. There have been times I had keys made. Matt helped me & he was really fine & did a great job. A friend recommended Curlys cuz she also had an issue getting keys. They could make car keyes ! Thank you for the Superb service;-RRB-;)

If you want a quality key made this is the location. You will probably meet yourself coming out of your own way in. AND today I heard they do Automobile key batteries - $4.99 installed. (Likely $30 in the dealer). They work every time. I've purchased at least 10 keys here in the last year and never had to return since it did not work (like has occurred elsewhere)

This provider should work on their client service abilities although I've never done a review that was negative. The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude and seemed to be bothered by me calling.

I don't normally do negative reviews I normally don't return to that company . But one of the things that I don't like is I have told a cost not or whether it be an estimate and when I input a company. Then another gentleman that comes out and tells me it's $40 per remote and just does not have. Once I worked in the region, sad cause and Darrell was that the tech there I brought them a lot of business. I think charging different prices only cause you want to is organization although I really don't anticipate anything to it. I miss Darrell !!!!

Have been a client for years. Last year had a set installed on doors. Service tech was not real veteran, lock was ruined, asked him to make certain it was set up, when the new part came , and I really could substitute. Well guess what, he did not. I have a problem. Called yea right, company, not pleased. Never using them .

These guys may know there industry but they have zero social skills. They are not people that are pleasant and don't know that anyhow pays. I will never do business with them again.

This man's is nice and helpful. I had a doorknob that needed a special tool to eliminate that nobody seemed to take. This man dug around his shop and found and gave me a hand.

I adore these guys! Since before I had keys or a vehicle, I have been locking my keys in my car and they have been my go-to folks. It makes it very convenient for me, Because they're a AAA seller. Their techs are always personable and professional and I am really glad they're about, and it's never taken them more than 30 minutes to get to me anywhere in the county. No, they do not have a user club that is frequent. Yes, I inquired.

I have been in here a few times. They are the most friendly bunch but they have the services you want. I needed a key that was rare sterile. Another time I needed an automobile cylinder re-keyed. The two times support was reasonably priced and really fast.
