The women who cared for me should be here, and called to tell me she finished work. She showed up, and worked within 45 minutes in my car. One jammed and stuck, plus I dropped both of my car keys at the door. She's currently getting the key out and me a key for a decent price. These solutions aren't easy although it is somewhat expensive!

Stay clear of the place if you don't would like to get ripped off or vandalized!! Because he was angry that we cancelled the job, a key broke off in our front door. Their supervisor (JC??) Was rude and refused to make it right.

Great: the technician was really great, and they did open the door.
Poor: they took over an hour to show up, also said to expect a call in"10-15 minutes" (took nearer to 30) and a tech to be there within"30-45 minutes" And they misrepresent their pricing when you talk and call to the owner. Their identification fee is $29, that is fine and understandable, although after I described the situation to the operator (doorway to home is secured, deadbolt is open) he offered me a price of $45, also said it should not be more than $80. No questions were asked by him. The 45 quote became $145, When the tech came. Please be forthright with pricing, a 3x gap is somewhat ridiculous.

Stay away from this company they estimate $19.99 plus $35.00! Ended up charging up over $100! That is like 50 dollars more then we expected to pay! And took forever to get here! The operator has been taught to deceive customers! STAY AWAY if you don't have over $50 extra dollars lying about!

Poor customer service. They gave the driver the wrong address even though I asked to confirm it several times. I called the driver and he would not listen to me and didn't want to have the address. Said the wait should be 30 minutes. Ended up waiting over an hourno calls from the driver or business. Had to wait more for a lock smith. Pure waste of my time and rude.

We did not get because whoever answered the phone was surprisingly impolite to the service. Notice to the business operator, make sure those answers the phone will not that the person calling is a customer. I am guessing it their private phone. The girl was impolite and quoted pricing considerably higher than rivals.

Got locked out of our van with 10 other people during a charity event, A Zoonlock Tech opened our door in a few minutes, came quick, gave a fantastic price to us and saved our whole day. Thank you guys!!
