Lost my keys! Called Rac Locksmith Services after phoning others. They needed to order the fob or else they didn't make house calls and my car would have to be towed to shop.
He came out with 1 hour. Had my 2 new fobs in 5 minutes! Professional and saved me a lot of money! I feel like that he gave a deal to me. Saved me hundreds of dollars and that I didn't have to wait.

Hands down the best Locksmith we have used. This guy is a real professional, and gentleman. He made some repairs and has altered a couple times to locks for us. However, last night was a doozy for us. We locked ourselves out accidentally, and I knew I needed to do was call Richard, as frustrated as I was about it. In no time he had been at the home with his mobile rig that is amazing. He had me in the home in short order, and was on his way.

I called to get a few locks. The guy interrupted me several times while I tried to explain exactly what I needed so when he repeated my requirements, they were incorrect. I re-explained and he then said he could get to me sometime in the next week but could not schedule me then because he was. He said in order to grab him to schedule an appointment, I need to call him back every morning before a certain time. What business tells a customer that is willing to cal them back to get service? Not one that needs new business. He wouldn't take my number because he was in the area working to call me back. Apparently this locksmith is not smart enough when he leaves the home to carry pen and paper.
