Curtis Key & Lock Service

You won't be let down in the price, the solution or the work, although I don't know what took me so long to write this review. I've Airbnb and long term renters moving in and out year after year and these locks have noticed a great deal of traffic. They work as new as the day.
This review is long over due! I only moved back to town after graduating from nursing school, and I'm back in my condominium ready to rent it. When I thought about upgrading my locks my first and ONLY thought was Curtis Key. They have installed gate and construction locks for our construction association, and my personal door locks for years, such as skeleton key locks.

There's no locksmith on any facet of town in my opinion. They're reasonable and fast. The only agency I trust. I have large antique doors and my locks were not working. They talked me into fixing a single lock over the phone and Curtis Key was phoned by me and came outside to support the one. Can not go wrong using them.

Theses guys were amazing! Speedy and efficient is when something needs to get done, what you need. I dropped a secret I rent through funding. No problem! Called to get the code from funding lent it to the man and he said come get your new key. Wow!! I had been out and in in like 3mins. Customer support was on stage

We had a new lock program set up on our front door that has been bought at a"big box" home improvement shop. One of the men arrived, advised that another part was wanted, but indicated that it required a particular order (the part was not offered in the home improvement store). After the part finally arrived after a week, then they kept the fees within reason and installed and returned it with no incident.
We have engaged Curtis Key & Lock Service for 15 years in some capacity or another - either catastrophe change of locks, installing hardware making keys and procuring our premises. They always send capable and personable personnel who move about their business and supply sound guidance when requested.
Subsequently, we decided to alter the type . They sent a man who put in it in a couple of minutes , all while explaining why another hardware item that we considered installing was not vital. All staff even called to confirm time and location and arrived on time - and generally with same day services.

His guy arrived within 20 minutes. He had to work several techniques to get in, but was able to do it. Was professional and friendly.
Called Curtis, and he offered me $75 open it up and to come out. Said it would be around 20 minutes to get his guy.
I locked my keys in my car, and they sat on the seat staring at me, taunting me.
Charged me $75 which strikes me as a pretty reasonable price.
I'd use them again.

Was really delighted with our experience with Lock & Curtis Key. The team set up our locks in our initial rehabilitation on our flat building. A couple of months later we known as Curtis Key & Lock and had an issue with one of those door handles. Jerry came out right to take fixed problems and a look leaving the building back to the building and to go repair a part to install. Was really impressed that these men stand behind their product. Will be calling Jerry & team for all our needs.

They might be okay in an emergency situation but were unable to give a quote by telephone. I needed to have my locks. There's nothing wrong with all the locks, pretty standard door locks with deadbolt. But they asked my full address to come out to find a quote, which, I am not sure if that was for a fee. (One said $19 service charge, one said $25). To were emphasized & hard to understand on the telephone. I didn't feel comfortable giving my full address to have them all come out. Moreover, the telephone number listed for your business is a google number (708Number ). I explained that I am being reimbursed for the rekeying of my locks and I needed. I did find 3 Yelp reviewed places that were able to although they had been unable to do so.

Outstanding support and very fair prices. Called to possess 6 chambers changed. Guy said it would be cheaper if I attracted them instead of paying for a service call and then told me the cost. Say What??!!!!!! Did just that( I am quite useful with my power tools) spent 40 bucks and got a tiny lunch to go. Thanks Curtis whomever you are!!!

I have used Curtis Lock and Key for a zillion years. They have been extremely professional. I have used them to return to my house to re locks that were key for me personally. I would say that's a fantastic history additionally grandma and my parents has used them.

There a life saver. Missing the keys in the trunk of the car and we had the valet key and they made an essential and got out the keys all for under $4.00. Since they will key the key that I have to be matched by them I purchase all my locks.

Great location! The back latch on my vehicle and it was here fixed by the man no problem, for me. Very friendly and helpful.
