Great customer service.
I recently bought but I didn't have any keys for roof rack. The tumbler was brought by me in plus they fit a secret. So much less expensive than some of my other choices. Also, after I place the tumbler back on I needed to secure roof rack and that I needed a hex key. They lent the hex key to me so that I could secure it and be on my way!
The worst place I have ever been too. Quality does not exist, greater prices than everywhere, down incompetent people that are right.
Bruce helped me with a situation and came out. I dropped my key whilst and then he came out and worked very hard to repair my situation. Iwill use them again to create myself an spare key to my vehicle and'm very grateful for Safe and Dave's Lock now!
Last straw is they are currently rude and unfriendly.

Dave's Lock & Safe did a great job in hardly any time. I brought in an extremely rare ignition switch using a key that was lost and it took them any opportunity to get me going.
