These guys have always since we started 14 decades 15, taking care of my company. They do a great job and the price is perfect. These are the people for key demands and your own lock.
Didnt receive any service. Was in at 930 1 person working, did not even greet me. I thought no sweat I will come back. Stopped by at 12:50, locked and shut for lunch. Stopped back by before final time, already closed.
Everybody is rude. Owners close down for 2 hours to get lunch and apparently any other time they feel. When their store turns into something 11, It'll be nice.
A family owned company that I've been using for 15+ years. I believe there's not any locksmith. Donna is obviously welcoming once I walk in the door. Thanks for your help throughout the years on my family properties!
Helpful staff and a longtime regional store in! I am so glad I discovered this shop that cut them, and was never happy with large box stores key copies. Simple parking available out front as well, even!

Found this locksmith service They're wonderful they Could fix Little lock for me Which nobody else could even Start to know anything about it I would recommend this company when it comes locks
Went on a lift and locked some valuables in the glove box of my 2000 camry, then recognized it would not be re-opened by that my valet key. Spent a couple days trying odd methods to get back , had a locksmith give me an quote to produce a key that is brand new. Happened to discover Dire's since it was close to a buddy's home in Denver and within a few moments the locksmith at Dire's had opened the glove box for less than 1/5 of their price a different locksmith quoted me. He had a fantastic sense of humor and indulged my slew of inquiries about why/what he do. Great experience! Don't be afraid to call them stop in.
I was told it would take 2-3 days to make a secret for my own lock. A week, I gave them and they not only had not done it, but were unapologetic about having missed the deadline. Seem like nice people but they have a shop that is disorganized, company, along with a proprietor. I went to Mathias Lock and Key and they were better.

Missing ignition & door keys to two classic cars & couldn't find ANYONE until these folks. Alfredo & Kevin showed up cheerfully worked more than 3 hours to carve out replacement keys to us & an hour following our call. Can't say enough great things about this company so we are currently submitting a rave review
I have been for more than 30 years and am a part-time locksmith. However, I do not stock gear or stock. It is actually easier for me to just go to Dire's once I get stuck or want some thing. Service is quick and they are friendly.
