D&L Locksmith

These guys were quite nice but they don't do regular housekeys. They're for cars and such.

Wow. Bottom line avoid these men like the plague. If I could give no stars I would. They are more interested than doing quality work in bilking insurance companies.
It took them over an hour to get out to my workplace and once they got there it was obvious the yech didn't know what he do. He asked me if he can see my keys and I told him they were at the cupholder. He had disapeared with my KEYS, before I understood it! If he needed to undergo a part I'd have known (although I was told they and the component prepared which is a big part of the reason I called them!) But he must have let me choose the car key. Finally after an hour and a half I got a call and he explained he had to leave to have a part and was headed back. Fast forward another 45 minutes and he eventually got back and managed to instal the component.
Really nothing I can say about these men that's even remotely positive.
From begin to finish this entire process took almost SIX hours! They ended up charging me over 500! When I complained the technician told me"labor took more than I believed," and "insurance will cover it anyway," guess what?
