Eagle Locksmith Service

PS: I chose Francis with another locksmith after some experience. Attitude and service matters!
Honest money that is fair and people. Will urge to friends.
Francis is friendly and very professional. Awesome same day service and called before coming. No fuss on the types of locks we utilizing. Tried to save us money by honoring yelp discount.

Very disapointed in this company. They called me about two hrs or so after my call. They said they could do my truck processor key lent me a $, after me giving them my truck info. Then said they would call back in a few min to give me some time to do it today. Here it is hrs later with no call back from them. At least call even in the event that you cant do it. Wouldn't recommend.

* The individual I talked to the locksmith that came to our house, on the phone, and his helper were considerate and friendly.
In general, we obtained our locks altered within a day of phoning and the cost was pretty reasonable. But the process was a little inconvenience.
* I'd said they could come the following morning back some time after 8:30. They showed up at 7:45 and woke us up (baby added ).
* They sent someone over to give a quote to us immediately once I called, stating without visiting the circumstance, they could not quote.
The good:
We had a little interesting experience. We used them to change the locks on three doors on our house.
After beginning the work, the locksmith ran into a few issues. He removed the deadbolt from our front door and changed just two of the three locks. Then he had to run off to a different project and make us a replacement lock, saying he'd be back by 5. When he hadn't returned by 7, I named the first number and was advised he was still planning to return that evening. I asked that he not, because our baby needed to go to bed, so we spent the night without a deadbolt (although we did still have a doorknob lock).
* The quote was despite it taking a lot honored.
When re-keying our previous lock didn't work out *, the locksmith didn't charge us for this and obtained a new lock for our door.
The not so great:
* They said they had only half an hour of work staying. Until they were completed, at which point they ran off to another project, leaving a jumble of wood shavings and dirt on our floor, it took another 2 hours.

He was personable, very professional and a pleasure to do business with.
After phoning a few other regional services within the rough of a week and leaving unreturned messages, then it was a great relief to discover a locksmith who answered my telephone directly in person.I scheduled an appointment for the following week to have a new deadbolt installed in my front door.The owner,Fares called that morning to confirm that a time and came promptly to do the job.He was in and out within a half hour as well as cleaned up after himself.
His organization is licensed,trustworthy,reasonable and works with many retailers and at Boston.I highly suggest Eagle Locksmith!!!

Reactive and accommodating, and support. We purchased a home in the region and called to get locks replaced, and they did a fantastic job and gave us choices and in the end were a fantastic value. Managed to come out on short notice and also did a fantastic job replacing the locks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area trying to find a good locksmith.

Eagle Locksmith phoned me and apologize telling me that they won't cash my check, and eager to cover my additional charges. They charged me the complete amount anyway.
The worst support ever, The repair person spent 3 hours to get something, and destroyed my lock, and did not have the skills my locksmith may do in five minutes. Desired to call a different locksmith day to repair the job.

Because he was awesome super fine, showed up on time, was good and did everything, I didn't even mention the reduction. He was in contact when he came beforehand and gave us a great window. His prices seemed to be exactly what they ought to charge and he fixed a couple of things at no charge and gave us keys at no charge. In what looked like a fantastic price, we bought new hardware. Would use again!

As this is just what happened with us as well copying the review above, but with an additional twist in the narrative. He had to rekey everything, but needed to fix the prior nutjobs' mess. He replaced the locks/deadbolts that was screwed up by the idots without charging me anything as well as rekeying fees.
Amazing support! Moved to a new house and Fares came right away within one hour of when I called him. Additional deadbolts and new locks and supplied me! Good price as well! Can call him if I want a locksmith! He is strongly recommended by me!!

Amazing support. They did a great job. I called on sat morning and he arrived sat afternoon. Same day very friendly and support! I will use again and highly recommend! I'm very sure they're expert in this subject!

Terrific service. Easy and accommodating scheduling. Frank went over and beyond (and spent hours) to repair a door and lock jam that wouldn't operate. Anyone else would have given up.

I don't expect to need them again anytime soon, since he did such a good job, however I would not be afraid to use Eagle again or to recommend them.
We're quite satisfied! Fares (the owner) did an immediate, thorough project. A problem was with one a flaw --not his fault in any way, we phoned him and he came back to fix the problem. I think seeing the way a company resolves issues is an excellent indicator of the overall support.

Selecting a locksmith can be a tricky proposition-prices vary broadly, and giving someone access to your home's keys can be daunting. I felt very comfortable with professionalism and the service of this company. He was reasonably priced, and fast, neat. . .and he repaired an issue with one of my doorways, also!

I called Eagle Locksmith following an unprofessional encounter. I called and was satisfied with professionalism and courteous demeanor. I had been given a time frame for his coming when he was 20 minutes away, and he called. The locksmith Frances gave choices to me and advised me which locks were the best. He took his time installing them and that he took his time when they did not seem like the doors shut the job did not rush. The time that he took made me feel comfortable and I would use again most.

Not like I Expected. Were able to change my mailbox fine, but were unable to change since I had been advised, the door lock because of lack of tools. I have said which locks in my building are older and to send somebody with skills and knowledge of locks. Locksmith spent a time. Well I had to call another company and they cared for it. Additionally, pricing is by no means cheap. Would use again to get a job that is easy and talk about pricing up front , otherwise you may find a surprise.

Wonderful service! Great previously reviewed and promoted. Only move to a house. Called at the morning and came in a single hour. Changed all of the locks and deadbolts professionally. Also fixed some problems left. Will certainly recommend to my friends.

Fantastic men. Do not mention fee to push out til they got here. Nevertheless, they fixed and came back and everything looks and works great. Good deal!
