So today I had scheduled movers (clutter.com) to empty my storage unit. Everybody was on time and ready with one small exception: I lost the key.
I predicted Element. 20 minutes from placing the call the lock was away and we were ready to go. It was a true lifesaver.

When I do, I will definitely be calling and calling for Dan although I hope not to need their services again anytime soon.
I got locked out. Dan was at my house within 35 minutes of me calling and did a superb job. In order to not need to replace the door lock, he tried to experience the garage. But after that did not work - he substituted the lock. Once he was finished he went back into my garage to be certain it was on track and working.

The tech (Justin) was exceptional... A credit to the locksmith profession along with a true PRO! Justin was very friendly, knowledgeable and productive. He had my secret ready to go in a about 15 minutes and even made me a spare offering me a new client discount.

5 celebrities top to bottom... Tonight was my first experience with Element Locksmith. In my call I was impressed. They were very friendly and sympathetic to my situation. In a very short time period that they had me set up with a tech who would meet me at my car.

Great, fast service and professional!
My car key broke and fell to a sewer. With AAA and Justin was out at my car within the hour I labored he is personable and friendly. I had a new key in less than 20 minutes and he gave me regarding getting a spare, valuable details.
Definitely working with Element to find another key.

My lock to my shop n't worked. I called Element and they were able repair the problem and to get out someone to our shop within 2 hours. Service and attention to detail.

Element Locksmith, GFY. Don't expect the 5 star reviews they coerced their clients into committing them.
Worst company I have ever worked with. I'm not eager to pay $144 more for Element also to deal with the worst customer service ever and to fix a lock that they broke.
I called Element again and they refused to come out with no paying for it again ($144). When I refused to pay again for a lock that they broke, they aggressively insisted that the lock was already broken (I have been using the exact same key for three years so no) and kept insisting that it was my fault and I would need to pay again.
Things got heated as he continued to condescend toward me and blame me for their mistake and was raising his voice.
Also, their service member was overdue, (back ) struck my lock, and convinced me to pay in cash so I wouldn't need to pay tax, that is totally sketchy and now I do not have proof that I paid for their horrible service.
Element was predicted by me because I left my key in my house. An agency member came and was able to unlock my door but he utilized a break in tool (bump key) which afterward broke my lock. I arrived home now with my key and was unable to acquire in.

By providing a reduction for leaving a 5 star google review Finest part-They pay their ass. The tech needs to watch you compose it to be eligible. The employee who helped me was super nice, I just felt cared for by the company. Be upfront with your customers, that's all I'm saying.
Similar experience to other reviewers: I had been locked out of my apartment and was Quoted a $25 price over the phone, with a caveat that the price"could be more depending on the lock". My price ended up being $192.60-that's a huge increase and it appeared that their business model would be to exploit a customer's dire need for help.

My lock -- shattered and tried to charge me to fix it. Used a bump key (break-in tool!!) To unlock. Dont call these individuals, they will defraud you!!

COMPLETE SCAM. Do not use them. I have supported from other sources they scam people.
Plain and simple, didn't get in the lock, the next locksmith from a company arrived and opened it.
The guy who arrived from Element took 1 hour and 15 minutes to break the integrity of my door, made wood breaks framework, in my doorway, messed up my sealant between the frame and the door. He was completely not able to open the doorway, charged me cash for his time, and left less than what I got. I was quoted $200 to repair his catastrophe.

Me: Hi are you currently Xxx?
Then the work started. And a different locksmith the one and the one who I was anticipating and confused the preceding guy for, showed up.
Me: Oh I see it is $100 more than what I quoted just now(with a different company). Is it because there's a labor fee of $100 that you didn't include in quotation only now? (MY MISTAKE of not appearing at the name of the paper work to confirm COMPANY NAME)
A: Hi let's get the quotation started. It's $$.

A: Yeah we've got labor fee. Does it look good?
Me: Hi you are early! (Ever since I chased with another firm at 1130am however he arrives in 1120am)
Me: Oh you are early! I will be back! (Didn't know this provider actually send someone straight. No citing company name on both sides.)
A(I thought was B): Hi this is your locksmith!
Let A be B and their contractor be the contractor from a different company. I scheduled with B with quotation 150 for 1130am.
Needless to say it was embarrassing for all 3 people. I am sorry for the other firm who sent over B and realized he can't do anything. I am also sorry he was professional and was likely confused because. The entire situation was realized by person A afterwards and he was nice to supply 20 percent off to cover half of the price gap between two companies. He said as I gave the speech on the telephone that the firm assumed I want someone over,aka scheduling a work. The individual answered my telephone said their locksmith will CONTACT me for a quotation. About what providing a home address, nothing is for. How can I know your contractors or your premise don't quote in person but over the telephone? I have called 3 more companies and all of them gave me quote on the telephone and I said I could call back later if I wished to make appointment.)
Any way, I gave half of everything he discounted for his work as tips back. And that I rate this review 2 stars instead of 1 just to show their contractor do his guards right and was nice. Nothing related to the mess.
Me: Okay! (Well I've already scheduled the work on the telephone with B and he was here. Signed the shape )
I blame myself for not appearing before signing at the paper work and let the contractor from this company. I should check with individual A's company over the telephone and ought not to assume that he was the one. But even if I told him to not perform work and did, I felt it would be a waste of the time and things continue to be wrong. This firm should let A know I was asking for a quotation instead of sending him over assuming I didn't check with the other other companies. It is likely a terrible experience for me personally and both locksmith. Person A said he assumed I got a quotation before on so he answered as if he understood what I'd said over the telephone with a different company and have scheduled an appointment. There was no way I could know he wasn't B from our dialog Aside from actually seeing the firm name on paper. In summary, lessons learned here is:
Their way of doing business is NOT PROFESSIONAL. I called to get a quote and they took my speech and my telephone. They said they will call/contact me later. However, without telling me what they did was , they shipped over their contractor without quote. I really scheduled my appointment because they didn't get back to me for more than an hour, and their contractor showed up without understanding that I didn't ask them to send one and asked for quotation over the telephone.
At 1120am
At 11am I get a call:
WARNING TO EVERYONE WHO IS TRYING TO GET A QUOTE FROM THE COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HOME ADDRESS because over presuming that is an actual 30, they won't give you any quotation in that time and will send their man. Yes the contractor is specialist in doing his work, but it UNACCEPTABLE to send your man over to when your client desire was a QUOTE maybe not a confirmed appointment. I would say it is normal to call a locksmiths companies up to try to find the best quote. Someone hoping to get a quote would end up seeing 4 locksmiths in property if all companies operate the identical way as possible. I suppose that isn't what scheduling and telephone quote are for.
The conversation goes as:
A: Hey I am your locksmith. (Probably didn't hear the name obviously. Since he's got a different name.)

Minus: make up prices to replace locks. The person they sent for $200 to substitute our mailbox . We did not pay that needless to say. But remember that they could quote you a ridiculous high cost for 15 minutes worth of work.
Plus: fast also to do the job and to arrive.

Don't use this organization.
Charged me way too much and the guy would not give me an excuse on why it cost that high, or a breakdown. Later stating I blocked my phone can phone back him in 5minutes.

Looked out of the house. Called them. They shipped. It couldn't open my door and took him two hours trying. Then he known as his"master" and and I waited for another 30'. It took the guy 15 minutes to start. My door has been left damaged and it cannot be opened and shut now. Very frustrated!

Horrible experience. I called because I locked my keys in my car and was told that there could be a $25 dollar service fee and the technician would"inform me just how much it'd cost when he got there then". The guy on the phone refused to give one to me, although I didn't need to accept a fee without some sort of estimate. When I asked him what the max me would charge could be he hung up.
WAY BETTER. Confused as to why I had obtained such dreadful service I did a little study. I discovered this other prominent review of someone who had the exact same experience and was overcharged with a gruesome figure.
Long story short--KNOW YOUR choices and take care out there. There are loads of people doing company that is fair and charging an appropriate price for the service they are providing.
I called around and found THIS GUY at Pop A Lock who does the FULL SERVICE INCLUDING TAX for $79.99 total service.

Horrible experience. Yesterday I discovered that I had locked my keys in my car. I called and the person who answered said they have a $25.00 service telephone and the serviceman would give a price when he came. I requested for a quote as I was going to call about if I thought it had been out of line. He advised me about $100.00. I had the individual who arrived with me and he meet at the car, also went into the meeting I had been in Seattle for. After the serviceman was completed my buddy came back into the assembly. I asked him how much it was and he said he was not given a receipt. I was shocked to see I had been charged $192.00 and checked my account! . On my way home I called the company again and said how surprised I was at the price because I was quoted about $100.00. He said he needed to check with the service guy and could call me back. He did call back and maintained my lock (08 Corolla) was a top security type and that was the price. It required 30 seconds to get into the car. The man on the phone admitted he may have mislead me but that was the fee. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! I did try to solve together but had no chance. I was happy to pay for their service, however, the gap between their quote and the cost was ridiculous.

I had to travel to get educated and they were so useful making sure they had what they had to assist me and just getting me there. When I got there, they greeted me by name even though we never met and worked on my car lock scenario. This was super economical and efficient solution for Prius fobs once them shed off their adult kids or the boat shed them in their apartment. What could I say, stuff happens and they are here to provide a hand to us. Thank you for your patience guys. We'll be back and we will send family and our friends to you.

Justin got here in 30mins. Opened the lock like a few seconds!! Got to spend the remainder of my Sunday at home. Phew !!! Thanks.

This provider takes advantage of the dreadful situation. They give you a ridiculous amount for under 5 minutes of effort. The worker was rude and also showed up almost an hour. I strongly recommend looking at other services.
