The other locksmiths in San Francisco appear to know about this outfit and that it is scammy.
Negative celebrities. I'm guessing this is a scam. On the phone they'll vaguely estimate you $19 service fee and then the job"begins at $35" but the"tech" will not have the ability to specify a price until seeing the door/lock. So the dispatcher says a man will be there in 20-30 minutes. I then receive a call 20 minutes later from the"tech" asking if I have called a bunch of locksmiths. I tell him this was my call but the first was pinpointed by me. And I ask further about the price knowing it is a job with all the coat hanger tip. 20 minutes after the dispatcher calls back asking why the job was canceled by me. I clarify that I did not and confirm that I require a locksmith instantly. Another hour passes including phone calls that are ridiculous. Finally a man shows up. I noticed he ask him and doesn't have the coat hanger shim. He rudely counters he wouldn't inform me how to do my job. I explain that it is a job and ask about the price. He says it can't be quoted by him until he sees the door/lock. I have a feeling where this is going but was shocked if he writes down 265 on the invoice. He tries for me to pay the fee but I'd have denied, if I had my wallet.

Sorry, but instruct your employees some manners.
UGH. Not taking my business there.
I called with a question because our condominium association is thinking about upgrading locks and I needed some advice. I began to ask the question, and before I could finish, the guy said"we dont promote those, we just install them"... and before I could finish another sentence"home depot"... then I tried to inquire if he supposed that they sell them , and he said he doesnt know because he doesnt work there, but thats a guess. He hung up on me.

TERRRRRRRIIIBLLLE Client Service. I called this afternoon to get the managers # and, although I realized he wasn't the man that was exact same as the AM, this man was also a bit rude.
I was operating on a Saturday at the district area and needed to find a handy place to receive keys copied. I predicted this place, realizing they had been locksmith, but didn't know never or if they had a storefront.
Zero stars. They don't even deserve 1 They suck. There are plenty of locksmiths out there in SF. There's NO WAY I would ever use them.
I called a impatient and rude dispatcher - who said they are on call then immediately hung up on me. Understood they don't make keys, but I hoped to obtain a referral to a store near. Ace Hardware in this region is closed weekends. If I didn't have to, I didn't want to drive across town.
I tried calling back and he hung up on me every time. I suppose that the # was recognized by him.

I had made an appointment for 9am, nobody showed up for one hour. Perhaps these folks are great once they appear, but I will never know...
