Very fast and effective; they were there to help bail me out, and I locked myself outside of my flat on a Sunday morning. Total service -- drilled the lock (there wasn't any way to pick it), substitute lock, and two spare keys for your new lock, all in a matter of minutes. The lock works great. Quite happy!

Rude, abrasive mean. Don't use this company. I had found a locksmith which would do mine for 130 and he offered me for 185. I asked if it would be matched by him and his would be used by me and he refused that I was missing my best friends wedding in which I had been made of honor. No empathy, for a 55. You know that he could've lowered the cost and that I was down the street . Again in the event that you don't like being around that company folks that can't assist in mitigating conditions. Come within 50 feet of the individual store or I was only asked to never come in touch.

The technician Rom went to work, super considerate and professional and came on time with spirit.
Enjoy an excellent night with my group and probably a lot of yeger... My wife was the driver but who knows where the keys are, all I wanted is too mad.
I didn't damage my vehicle felt the task was completed on the side that was best and got me running.
It is amazing I manage to loose my keys again and again. . But it's more astonishing that there's Engels that rescue you and may pop like a spring at the middle of the evening.

For an emergency like that the cost wasn't cheap but honest and worth every penny.
I researched for locksmith and express was the only one! Many heard it is a Range Rover but could not manage and a few just ignore me.

He did a clean professional job and got me 10 minutes within my apt.the dispatcher gave me an estimate cost over the telephone and there were no much surprise once the job was done. I was glad to get quick professional and kind service in the middle of the night..hopefully is the final time,but if will be next time no doubt who I am gont call.

To which I responded about $200 up - and he consented. After getting in my flat matters quickly changed. Getting in my flat went up to $250 since he broke up the front door plate along with the medeco and installing a lock lock he had to substitute it with Jimmy proof lock that currently 235.
He awakened his drill bit on the reason he said he couldn't do a better job and lock meet up. Called the following day and requested to return to finish job. He refused fix anything came back or help smooth out the rough edges his job that was bare caused.

I was stuck inside my apartment late for work and once I called around urgently, Express Locksmith was the response time. Also, I discovered other businesses rather gruff, curt and not very friendly but the dispatcher as well as the locksmith were very friendly and nice men and women. Rom was happy and cheerful and communicative to come quickly to my aid. I am hoping that I will not need them but if I do I will telephone express Locksmith & Security - they definitely had express service, and friendly!

Wonderful locksmith they were here in 15 minutes, super considerate and helpful, needed me in my apartment using a new lock in 10 minutes. Very thankful to them.

Speedy service - got to the apartment without installing a new lock and arrived within half an hour.

I was locked out so I phoned Express locksmiththey got there so I could not believe it then I was at the flat in under 15 minutes. These guys know what they are currently doing with their hardware. They were able to explain what they had to do with the doorway itself which I'm thankful for and to consult with me on my different options for the doorway!

When he arrived I had been told he would charge me $49 for the ergency telephone' and $150 to get into the doorway. To which I replied all so about $200 all up - and he consented. Matters quickly changed after getting into my apartment. Installing a lock, which hadn't been mentioned before and getting into my apartment, cost me an additional $95 - $350 complete with tax. He refused to take a check or charge my card - money only off
