I phoned them and they told me they could program my keyfob, but the tech that would do the work would is the only one available and that tomorrow could work out better. The next day I called and was advised they could program the extra remote. I came to the shop and was waited on. They proceeded to research what was required to program the remote. While two excursions by the tech to my car parked outside, after a 15 minute wait afforded the cutting edge of the key for the distant but not the electric programming. The cost was $127.00 to program the remote, cut the key for the distant (removable form ), and make a normal key for a pad lock. I was told that they were not able to program the remote and they have a partner company down the road and the tech can ride me down there or else that I can go there myself. I opted to ride there with no tech, so he passed my business card. I proceeded to the other automobile lock shop of a different name (Mobile services). We walked in and explain the situation and also a tech took the two of my remotes (number 2 - old, amount 1 - fresh ). That I had tested everything and programmed and once all was completed I understood that the first place at Final Touch or this instant shop had swapped my remote for a worn out remote. All programming was completed, but in retrospect I think Final Touch should have told me that they did not have the equipment allow me to make the choice instead of becoming one part and saying they could not complete the job and to program the remote. It is a clear breach of contract to state"yes you can program" and say"Well we can not do it all here". The work was completed, but it was too much. Two stars is all I will give for poor service and for shifting my new remote rather than being upfront with everything they could achieve.
