We had trouble opening our door in our condominium despite having an electronic lock. We searched for a locksmith and discovered On The Go. Eli arrived and was really helpful after waiting for 45 minutes or so. We clarified the fairly apparent situation and he provided a couple of options. We ended up with him force open the door with his tools and then he analyzed the root cause and also provided to substitute our door lock. The lock is functioning at 100% with no hints of the issues. Eli was great and their team would be referred by me with door entrance issues to anybody.
Got locked out of my car and I was saved by them. Amanda the locksmith showed up fast, and took care of this lockout in moments. No damage to my car. They weren't able to provide a quote for their service to me until after it was done. On the telephone and on their site they said cost that is $35 for the lockout, but it ended up being over double that cost!! Reasonable prices up front, or estimates of the locksmiths' rates will create this company way
