Golden Bear Lock & Safe

Need a key for a file cabinet? For them to make replacement key, it took 5 minutes and a couple of bucks. So easy and pleasant. Welcoming staff.

We had lost power and could not get in our home. I predicted other so called locksmiths but determined 95% of the calls that I made were to call centers. I wasn't comfortable whatsoever with that arrangement - especially at 12:30am. I phoned Golden Bear and TJ arrived at our home and managed to get us in. TJ knew what he was doing and was really wonderful. I would strongly recommend this company if you're in need of a locksmith.

This locksmith was recommended to me personally. I had been impressed with their showroom and the business vans. Two guys assisted me, advocating products so that I will keep my locks, and doing a cleaning function in my lock without charge. Surely will use them for service calls.

Had to substitute a lockcalled them up and spoke with Sean. Told him my issue and that he asked me to send him a photo. I emailed him and he had it in stock. I asked him how much it is to fix it and he said it would be simple for me to do myself, rather than pay to have him come out. He explained what I needed to do and he was perfect. It took 5 minutes to me. I picked up the part and installed it. I appreciated him recommending that I get it done myself and being honest. Great service. Thanks Sean!
