My mother and I had been Christmas grocery shopping and was going in and out of the house. The screen door locked behind us and we had been locked out. The call was answered by gabriel and turned out to my mom's house in an hour. He understood exactly what the issue was and replaced it on the spot. Price was very fair and he was a guy that is nice . She'll give him a ring if mother needs help again. Gabriel also has a physical shop, which can be great.

Scam. Charged me $300 for a $25 lock and waited until AFTER they changed the lock to tell me they could not fix one of the main things I phoned them out for -- the doorknob being very loose -- saying they didn't have the appropriate tool. What?? I believed I had. So what? I have to call
Someone outside and cover them $300 to tighten a doorknob? If you'd told me that you could not repair the doorknob (which he clearly knew before changing the lock but didn't tell me), I would have called someone else. I feel scammed and the job is only half done.
We got locked out of the car and called up a service. The technician arrived on time as promised. By opening our car in the fastest way he provided great service. Next time I will experience emergency. Highly suggested!

Gabriel came in fixes and 15mins to our home 6 doors of ours. He had been exceptional in his work. I will certainly recommend him to anybody who requires a decent jobs in their own locks.
Wasted 2 hours of my time today!They attempted to quote me $250 to make a door key to get a 1997 Ford E-350 Van. The locksmith who arrived told me $130, after I told them no way. They said $200 and called. I said no and they told me $180 and I consented. All this while his loud mouth, clueless poor excuse for a Locksmith struggled to determine what he do. It had been in the road on the mobile phone for the majority of the time speaking whatever language. I kept checking to find out what went on with my Van crucial progress and he was on the phone. I went back again and he was gone! I called AAA instead $50! Watch out for these artists that are con
