Called them at 11am, was greeted by a friendly and kind voice who patiently listened to my lock problem (old doorknob mechanism losing full range of motion and locking me in my house), and then Royce showed up over 20 minutes. Instead of replacing my doorknob mechanism (as I'd feared was necessary), Royce diagnosed the issue immediately and prescribed a reinstallation of another side rather, in the door jamb, which saved me over $100. In one hour, Royce had fixed all, bidding me goodbye, and cheerily vacuumed up the debris. And I can now depart my residence. Would not hesitate to phone HMS.
I had left my apartment keys to Connecticut on weekend trip. In a panic, I contacted HMS Locksmith. Unlike other locksmiths, I received a quote upfront, and has been granted pricing for any additional fees. Not only were they super responsive but showed up at my apartment before the appointed time!

I contacted Roy on a Sunday and he picked up. I expected to get a voicemail and was thrilled to get him. He was straightforward and cried. He suggested I check on line to find out if buying my keypad deadbolt would be any quality as it might be a way I could possibly spend less, than that which he could supply. He explained he was not sure whether it was a fantasy or not that the quality from his sources was an distinct than that which I could purchase. His locksmith arrived immediately when I phoned the next day - swift, and comprehensive. I hope I am happy over years and the weeks I have the lock but I had been thrilled with honesty, their support, speed and the installantion.
Definitely 5 stars! I had a door to a utility room which I had opened as I'd lost the key. I asked quotes from a few places and noted it was not in any way urgent and did not mind waiting to fit in their schedule that. Hms lent me a cost, got back to me instantly, and was at my apartment within an hour. Kind, considerate, responsive, and not to say almost 50% cheaper than any quote I received. I'd certainly use them again (though I expect I won't have to)!

I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I obtained back responses throughout the process almost immediately and submitted an estimate petition. I expected the process to take. In cases like this, it was taken care of the same day. No complaints in any way.
Reliable and got the work done. Very friendly and explained me the procedure. Somewhat pricey but it was 9PM.
