Immediate Response Locksmith

Locked our keys and called our insurance company to send a locksmith. We still waited. We went on the internet, and this was. The man had our car open in a flash!!!!! and came in less than 15 minutes
Never again! Putting this number in my mobile just in case...

Unbelievable!! I live in Colorado and we needed to hire a locksmith in San Antonio to re-key my Mother-In-Law's single household 3 bdrm ranch residence. We were quoted $200 for 6 locks (there are 4 doors); they ended up claiming to re-key(not replace) 12 locks including on inside doors that weren't licensed to be replaced! They billed us $670!! Certainly a misrepresentation and sham using us because we're out of state instead of physically there to stop them from conducting the invoice . I'm going to fight with the fee and highly suggest that you do your business elsewhere.

I ended up making a last second stop and had been in San Antonio passing through after visiting some family members. Outside of my vehicle, I mistakenly locked myself in my frenzy. Super awkward, but I was able to obtain an inexpensive locksmith to get it out for me. Thank God for Immediate Response.

They literally do respond immediately, so I barely lost any time. The locksmith was understanding and told me they get calls for this week. I'm almost amazed by how ordinary it is. The locksmith retrieved my keys . It was a procedure that is smooth!

The handyman of the storage facility drilled the lock out in two minutes and I paid him $40.
Now I did loose my temper, used a few expletives in requesting him to leave and of course refusing to pay. He then said ok,"just pay me $10 for my gasoline. I did pay the $10 (since he did appear ), but this business is completely unscrupulous and is to be avoided by everyone.
Do consider this provider, if you value your money and time. Please inform your friends and anybody that will listen what you have read about this company. Hopefully, enough people will become aware.
I had the event of crossing paths with this business that is quasi-criminal. It's difficult to feel that the legal authorities haven't forced out this group of business. I made the mistake of calling this business to open a lock at a storage location. I explained that I simply needed a lock drilled outside when I called. I was advised,"Sure, no problem. $10 service fee and about $30 to drill the lock out".
Their tech came in his private automobile (most shady looking), I told him what I had been quoted. He took a quick looked at the lockwrote out a service invoice in handwriting. At closer examination, I found that he had written a statement for about $195.00!!!! I mentioned, you have made a serious mistake here, this crook in coaching said,"No, that is the ideal amount, you believe people will do this job for so little money".
He then explained $40 was the price, he had special tools for this particular job which might require 45 minutes to and hour!

We should've read the Yelp reviews. Our story is similar to theirs.
Be aware of what you are getting into.
When the tech arrived, he told her it would be $10, and $150. He laughed, and said the $45 was the excursion charge. When we refused he started to walk away. He changed his mind and said that he would go ahead and do it. She agreed since my wife was short on time. The car was unlocked.
My wife locked her keys in car at work. We did not have a spare time, so we decided to call a locksmith. She called Immediate Response Locksmiths, that operates as Locksmith Specialists LLC, and was quoted, just like others, a $"10 excursion fee" and a"$20 minimum fee" to unlock the car. I'd called areas, and was quoted total. When my wife called Immediate Locksmiths to confirm the price, they said it'd be $10 and $20 minimum. She asked how much exactly to unlock her type of automobile, and the woman said the technician would inform her of this sum before working on the car.

Because she is an honest individual she paid it. However now, her son and her are left with very little for the rest of the week!
Look I can not get into this lock but that I could break it and you can get in and went to estimate, had he said, as I explained my niece.
He offered $189. When I asked 189 became $225 she said she was told by him it had been taxes. When the earnings tax became over 19% I'm not certain, but that is asinine!

I am mad! They were called by my niece out and the guy quoted her 189 to select her storm door lock that was apt. Next, because it was'too difficult to pick' he broke the lock. And then charged her $225 for the rape!

The locksmith arrived and quoted me $179.00. I denied. That having been said, the service was quick and he'd open up my door without damaging my house, so there is that.
I called them. They were very elusive on the cost to open my door, which online was promoted as being 9.99 then when I phoned I was told it was that and then 35.00 for the service fee as well as a fee for how tough the lock was. I told him what sort of lock it was"door knob" only lock out and the dispatcher said the price would be determined by the locksmith. I presumed it'd be roughly $50 since it was a doorknob lockout throughout the day. . .HA!

Had to use a locksmith tonight bc my son secured our pair of keys in the vehicle. I looked around online for a locksmith that was accessible on a Sunday night. Regrettably, I did not check Yelp...
Online it states that the trip cost is $10 and starting the car begins at $35. On the telephone, the dispatcher tells me it should be no longer than $50... $135 later, my car is available!
I feel as though I had been lied to and taken advantage of.

I phoned this company to have a key made for my vehicle. The locksmith came at 35 min and I paid the priced they lent me over the telephone. Tylor was done by by Fantastic customer service.

I got locked out of my friends RV. Immediate answer was called and offered $35.00. After 5 minutes of work he obtained the deadbolt handed me an invoice for $194.00!!! and unlocked I asked him exactly what happened to the $35.00 and he gave me some song and dancing. Don't use these guys!!! They're scumbags and crooks. The door could have been replaced for $200!! Wish I had read these remarks BEFORE.

Tomas got there, and handed me a invoice for $150 and the trip cost that was $10. I told him that there was no way in hell that I was going to pay that much for a job. He explained that his tools (2 airbags and a jimmy) were expensive and cost a great deal of money, which is why the price was so high. I phoned bull, and called Pop-A-Lock who I've used. (They only charged me $36 the last time).
Before I could purchase Pop-A-Lock on the line Tomas dropped the price. He then added the trip charge in addition to this, but all, I had work.
I had locked my keys. Manual locks, therefore was get a jimmy inside there. They told me that it would be a trip fee that was standard, and a minimum of 20 for work performed depending gear. I agreed to have them send their man out, because it wouldn't be more than $40 for such a job.
Bottom line, avoid these men. Bunch of shameless crooks!

STAY AWAY! SCAM ARTISTS who state it will be just $10, then when they get for you, say, no, that's just a"service fee" and jack up the price upwards to $600. When you say that's absurd and deny service, they then attempt to find out how much money you really have on you personally, then claim they will"cut you a deal" for an exorbitant rate. They drive off - if you are lucky.

These guys are a ripoff. Do not ever use them. If you leave your keys in the car it is classic bait and switch. They inform you $10 plus $20 a hour. They start your car and instantly charge you without telling you beforehand that's what the fee will be $150.

The plot thickens. . .The Technicians name? . . .Shay. The Shay who left a review on this specific page. There are just two other 5-star testimonials one from Inbar, a three day old account with only the 1 review, and then Asaf who apparently called these people the"greatest locksmith in Chicago". I'm gonna telephone nanners with this operation. DO NOT USE THESE LIARS AND CHEATS.
She gave me a quote to pop the lock when we spoke to the dispatcher. In reality the doorway on the 4-Runner was failed to shut shut and there was approximately half an inch to get the tool in there.
I told him to leave and he told me that I owed him $10 fee (gullible chump fee) for a transit charge (obviously I'd have never had them come out there if I understood that he was going to up-charge me so egregiously). He told me that he was planning to add me when I denied the transit charge. What a highway robbery scoundrel! He offered to do it and that I listened to advantage. He explained his price was greater than the first quote because it that the make/model of the automobile was harder to enter....Well it took him all of 30 seconds to get in there, so you make your own comment on the alleged problem.

This was. $160 to stick on a coathanger in my door. I do not recommend.

Horrible crook. Told my 19 year old daughter it would cost $40 to unlock her 2009 galant. He billed $172 approach to defraud a girl after he was done. Bank Charge= IMMEDIATE RESPONSE LOC SAN ANTONIOTXUS (Eff Date: 07/31/2015) -172.00 I will be turning him into the bbb, Stay far away.

Highly recommended ! They got in minutes to my home and the ceremony was amazing.

I had them come out to reprogram my keys. I was told it would cost $176 to program 2 keys. He advised me to go to the trader wasn't able to plan the keys and then billed me $55. I'm in shock!!!

James was professional and quick and got me into my apartment and re-secured it. After let me and my apartment complex maintenance man refused to appear, I had very few choices. Because they were, I'd call these men again in a heartbeat. Worth the cash.
When you are locked from the apartment expensive, but at 1 in the morning, it was worthwhile.

I called them when I was getting prepared to go to bed, since I got locked out of my bedroom. The dispatcher advised me it will be a service phone that was $10 and a bit more or $20 to open the doorway. This was . The man arrived shortly after midnight. He thrust a job order in my hands, which I neglected to read since it was late and I was tired, as well as frustrated. He told me I owed him $250. I informed him that I didn't have $250. I ended up paying $ 160 only to to get him. When I told him what the woman on the telephone had quoted me, he says'Well, that's only a flat rate. They dispatchers.' Has anyone reported these crooks? Now I must keep your eye to be sure that he didn't steal my credit card information . A warning to people using a locksmith: DON'T CALL THESE GUYS!

Called and asked to Get a Quotation among the Children locked the door by mistake-they told me 10 service call and $20 to pop up the lock-up to $30 if It's a quality lock-they showed up, opened the door and charged $205 after the Job Has Been done-what a bunch of crooks-I Will fight this but do Not Utilize these scumbags-

It is too bad I couldn't give even or zero stars negative celebrities. These guys are liars and crooks and that is being generous. Beyond the cost variable after being told that they have a 15 second response time I waited over an hour and a half, when they did arrive they said the cost quoted $20 plus $10 service charge was only a starting point. I told them I had been asked the year model and make of my truck prior to being quoted a cost they said"oh no, your truck begins at $95 plus will need to have a special tools cost, but do not worry because we kept you waiting will take off the $10 service charge". I won't be calling these men again!
