Desired to replicate a key about re-keying my house, and assess. I saw jay's locksmith solutions on the internet as my neighbor locksmith. Jay was was great! Very friendly, very professional !
This is. My daughter and I stopped in if we were. The backup that Jay made did not work at all, and comparing it afterwards showed that it had been offset by a lot. I went back the next day to get a refund of the copied key (no longer having the master with me), together with receipt in hand, and had been told by the employee there that he could not give refunds and that I would have to return to the shop when the owner was there, 5 hours afterwards. I didn't have time to do this. We had to go to some other place on a different day to obtain the duplicated. That key worked.
