Key One was exceptional! Moved into a new home and the keys didn't work on of the locks for a certain reason. I managed to get an appointment for the afternoon after I called, first of all, which was amazing; and secondly, the ceremony was unbeatable! Gordon actually knows what he's doing and is agreeable and easy to use. Got everything had and re-keyed a deadbolt replaced and it was all done easily, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. I am pleased with Key One and wouldn't hesitate to use them !

I have been wanting to get my locks re-keyed since going into our home a couple of months ago. I put it off, fearful of how expensive it would be. I finally called KEY ONE today hear the possibilities and to get a quote. I was amazed that the telephone was answered by a live person and might schedule me within the afternoon. Most importantly was that the level of support - that the gentleman had been polite and changed 5 locks speedily. The price tag was affordable.
I moved into a new residence and Key One helped get nearly 15 locks rekeyed in virtually no time. Because I was in my lunch break, reasonable rates and the proprietor has been understanding of my own time constraints. He changed out everything and I was on my way back. Thank you!
