Keyway Lock Service

Exceptional! The keyless entry on my car didn't function - both of those fobs failed. I called also the cheapest and locksmiths were 140 to reprogram. I phoned Keyway Lock Service, they offered $120 and, unlike the others, they arrived to me! Instantly, too!
They have earned my loyalty. Truly exceptional.
So their tech came. I gave him the fobs to reprogram. He finished - informed me that the secrets were nice and didn't need to be reprogrammed. Turns out that I put the batteries! Guess what? Me didn't charge .

I can't think the employees are in Keyway. They are so helpful, starting to the team working in the building with the phone operators. Without charging me, they made me keys. I wouldn't be afraid to call them in the future with any crucial demands that are related.

I explained the circumstance and predicted at 1pm. The lady was particularly interested or did not seem to care. She stated they might come between 2-5. I asked her if they could come quicker because I had been sitting in the cold parking lot. I'll she said was"two to 5 we do not do crises." Super apathetic.
I requested to talk with the owner. She stated she would not move me to the owner unless I gave her my registration number and VIN.
Giving 1 star because I can't give 0 stars.
I advised her that I felt she was being snide and very unhelpful, and I requested to speak with a manager. She explained she had been the manager!!! I'm cry. This chick is the manager?
By the way, Baldino's at Alexandria (Duke Street, request Chris) helped me diagnose the issue and that I managed to start the car with the help over the phone. I need to replace the ignition, but they helped me.

A body mechanic recommended these folks. Ughh...
My truck ignition has been going bad. It stalled out at a grocery store on me. I operate the heat in 40 degree weather, or could not turn the ignition.

I am happy he's too busy to be polite. I am guessing that if he continues to socialize with people this way. . .that problem will resolve itself.
@Kidist, although I appreciate the response through this public forum...I still haven't heard anything in the email that I send right to Max. While Keyway ought to be apologizing and sorry for my situation was treated. . .Max ought to be relegated to me for leaving me a voicemail where he called me an idiot, followed by an equally email. I wish I could post the voicemail.

Great support. Made appointment for same day to get a new key. They were priced than all the other businesses that I took care of this job and called. Added benefit was that they arrived to our house. Definitely recommend.

They're a little more pricey but this is actually my second time and I think that they are worth the cash. Definitely recommend.
If he had been one the way, called, was able to determine the issue and desired repairs straight away. Quoted a cost and a short while after we were finished.

If I Could give no star with two thumbs down I'd If you need for it to get and have a safe serviced DO NOT CALL this provider. The owner is rude. You have to remind them to contact the customer. When talking with whoever I got murdered. You likely to own a company and curse ? I am able to see this company going out of business in the long run management.

I called at least 5 different locksmiths to acquire an extremely old mailbox repaired/replaced and Keyway gave me far the best deal. Moreover, they were super elastic in coming out to fix it (even waiting for me to get at least 20 minutes while I was stuck in traffic trying to meet them), then coordinated with me personally to do the job when I could not make it. They even came back a third time to repair it again. All the time Carlos was elastic, pleasant, professional. I will use Keyway from now on.

These guys are great... prompt, reasonable cost and totally competent.
When you've got a problem that is not a day to day issue or a challenge, they aren't shy. Today carlos did an install. . He was prompt knowledgeable and cleaned up... completely professional occupation.

I wanted to receive my home rekeyed and moved into a new home. I called up and has been extended a time. The tech came I was told after he was done and what seemed great. He also gave me recommendations to improve the security of my doors.

I lost both digital keys to my own 2017 Toyota and Keyway programmed two new keys while it was parked in my driveway in about 30 minutes, got into the vehicle and came next day. Compared to the trader wanted for one, and they charged me less for the 2 keys. Would highly recommend this provider.

I called and the rep said that they did overcharge it and me should have been 300 which is still absurdly high for the job they did. Then I speak with a supervisor who said the 400 was cost because they did not quote me but it dropped down. Original pricing was based on a $80 service fee, $45 for every bolt tightened, and the remainder for the screw replaced and installed (mind you the technician told my renter the screw was only $10 and they billed me $55). Would never use again.
Do not use. They overcharge an amount for things that are smaller. Produced a call and asked to get a quotation. The rep told me because they had to see what they needed to perform, I couldn't be quoted by them. I informed them the door handle was not working right so that they sent someone out. Following the tech met up with my renter and also fixed the lock, I get a bill for about $400. 45 minutes of work tightened, and one screw like item replaced and 400 billed me.

Technician was efficient and very professional and punctual. Would recommend and utilize their services .

The gentleman from Keyway Lock Service with whom I cried behaved unprofessionally, also, to be honest, rather erratically - not sure if he was having a bad day or when he'd had a couple drinks. In any event, I didn't trust him near my house.

I called on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday at 9am I'd keys. He was friendly and professional and super fast! He came to my job and made a key - no hassle, door to door service. And super affordable! Way better then having to move all the way outside to a dealership.
I highly recommend their service to get car keys. And I am told they do all kinds of safes locks, doors, key fobs and safety too!

I used Keyway to program two additional important fobs for a vehicle that was used that was newly purchased. My first contact with them was through email/website. Majid responded immediately. I consented to return to their location (new location in Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria VA) as I had been seeking to keep down the price and did not want them to come out to me. While at their site, I had a bit of a long wait however I had been given a much better deal quoted to compensate. I would recommend their services to loved ones and friends and was pleased.

So I lost my car key at night on a big field and obtained advice regarding Key Way. Called and the female who set up the appointment over the phone was nothing but pleasant. Took about an hour for the technician to reach the scene from the time that I had called but I have to say I was satisfied with Ken's assistance to completion. Professional and quick service that took no more than 5 mins. Highly recommended.

Worst service I never received. Keyway locksmith don't deserve disrespectful & ANY STARS they are unprofessional Rude. T he supervisor/possible proprietor MAX WAS THE WORST. I CALLED BECAUSE THE WINDOW WAS 10-1 THEY first called & said the protocols for the techs is to put there hands on the key but apparently somebody dropped the ball.they said he/she had to come back & get it so they would be to me before 1pm. I called to see where the tech was, MAX gets to the telephone. Everything you want me to do relating to this call auto Giants & deal with them...

He's a superhero. Swooped in super fast, obtained two doors swooped out with super sweet mindset and a grin and unlocked. I wish more local companies owners were this great. He restored my faith in humankind. Please note.... I Would recommend Keyway
