I got there and was greeted and given complete attention. I was out of there with a bunch of copies.
The procedure required just a couple of minutes and was a breeze.
I had a key copies and hunted to my job although I haven't had adventures at key and lock companies and they came up.

THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT--PLEASE USE THEM!!!I moved to Koko's after phoning another locksmith daily before because I was locked out of my house and my key wouldn't work-- the man drilled my lock and got me in but could not fix the lock or the deadbolt and destroyed them--I felt I got shortchanged-- Heard about Koko's and talked to Sonia who explained my situation-- I was prepared to devote a good deal of money on a brand new front design etc but she told me she would have Koko come by original before I perpetrated -- Koko was able to fix both my locks and install a new deadbolt after the first man ruined it. They saved me a whole lot of money-- I'm recommending them because they did not just go for the sale but provided an appraisal of my situation.

This place has affordable pricing and client support! The people are so nice and everything is really fast. I was referred here and was locked out of my salon one afternoon and I'm so glad I was! Someone came out over 20 minutes, which made of being locked outside the process less stressful. I have key and Koko's Lock in the back of my own pocket for all needs!

I wanted to create a duplicate of my own key. I called the owner to test when they carried the secret I had and she was useful and super nice. I hurried down there right before she shut and she stayed late to help me! I would recommend this shop

Fast and simple, copied my house key for a reasonable price. You can select a secret that is plain or purchase a fancy vanity key! They've a broad choice of options.

I'm thrilled to have found the Lock & Key of Koko. I had to fix a lock that was vintage in the 1930s. The owner was very knowledgeable. I had brought in a couple of areas of the lock and she explained that I had not brought and then she explained that what components were missing. I wound up bringing the box to her and she found the part she fixed the lock and had! I loved the notion of her fixing the first, although she offered to put a lock ! We had a couple of laughs too. Great times!

HORRIBLE customer service from expensive for no reason and OWNER Sona. We called them last Wednesday to come and change three locks in the home. They simply change the inside part and gave us copies for every. The gentleman appeared in a hurry and I had plenty of inquiries, but he decided to change only those three and charged me over $300(!!) And then abandoned. When I called back a couple of days later explaining that we'd forgotten to change I requested him to waive the service fee and charge for the 1 lock and key. Instead of accommodating usbecause we spent over $300 and it was a mutual mistake, she said there's no way they would waive the service fee. This is considered customer support, and I won't ever work with them ever again. Stay away!

If I could I'd give a Zero celebrity. The lady quoted me $50 for a House crucial copy that I got for about $ 5 in Anawalt. I am never going back. Since they only take cash, I think she pockets a while quotes high and puts back minimum on the books. "Class Act"

I had the key youde ever see for my work truck. It was damn close to a prison shank. Came in to kokos, worried I would be screwed. The lady there was very nice, cracking up on the condition of my own key. Glad to receive a smile on someone Monday morning. She didnt think it'd do the job so that she suggested only making one. Great price also. She cut me a perfect secret that fits. Thank you mama. Ill be back to get another.

Great customer services. The woman that helped me kept till it worked on my vehicle helping me and produced me a copy of my keys. They had been a lot more economical.

So I called this place to find out the lady said she managed to so I opted to make my way there, whether they create copies of my car key. I know so I let the lady know I was on my way there this shop closes @ 6pm. I got there @ 5:55, I see they closed EARLY for a few reason. I see ' tough luck' walks by me, & if I could match a face with the voice I heard over the telephone, I am pretty sure that was her bc . Whatever a dumb assumption but if u hear u might get some company @ a backup place, u need to honor ur business hours. It doesn't require over 5 minutes to copy an essential.

The keys are a bit more costly compared to Home Depot or somewhere like this but would not you rather give your money to a professional who is currently trying to create it?

Hot damn they may make a key quick, at a super cheap price too, although I made keys so that I really don't know how good this place is as a whole. The service was a great deal more effective than had I gone into a Home Depot or a Lowes close by.

I receive my keys replicated here, quite professional, reliable and reasonably priced. New keys work no need to return!

I really like this place, they know their stuff. They have every key imaginable and have taught me several things, for example, why fake Schlage key won't work, how I can not use a Quikset sterile for a few initial keys . You do not need WD40 Whenever you have to jiggle the hell out of your key to enter your house, you need the proper blank! They take test or cash so that's fine. They have always been very pleasant to me, before the 9:00 opening time and a person was already there to accept company for example today once I got there. Thank you Kokos!

I have done business for 12 decades with Koko's and in all this time he has been helpful & honest. He makes recommendations that save you cash. Rather than trying to sell me locks he re-keyed my house. He explained the old hinges and locks at my house where changing them and very expensive would not benefit me.

They carry keys that house depot along with shops do not. It required less than 10 minutes to replicate a key. Its the greatest lock & key store. I don't really get why people say this place is expensive, it costs only 4$

These are extremely angry people. First clue was seeing the way that they treated the guy in front of me if you don't like our prices go to Virgil's, when they informed him in a rude way look. When I tried to tell them the problem with my deadbolt they kept telling me that I was wrong where they kicked me out, which eventually become a talk to the point and the man there literally almost wished to get a fistfight with me. Amazing. I will never return to this location. It's a wonder that they are still in company with the way that they treated me. Incidentally, I fixed the spool myself proving I was right after they tried to tell me how wrong I was. Not only are they they're not so wise and arrogant. Needless to say I would not recommend this establishment!

No credit cards but managed to cut on back my keys and have them ready before I could walk back in the ATM next door.
