We understand Joe the owner and been using Lock-Doc services for 10 years.
We have used the services for both business location of Joe for change of my home as well as keys, locks, Safe boxes and more in Prices Mesa and Lake forest and have been really happy!

Joe is the competent and most secure vendor I have ever used. We had a absolute and complete crisis and he was in the door in 20 minutes. Prices are extremely fair and service was superb!!!!!!!!

Joe in Lock Doc has attempted contacting my family members to frighten them seeing my Yelp review. He had tried to"buddy" request me on facebook a couple months ago. This man won't let it go.

Do not be fooled by a review before Joe left a long drive from somebody who cancelled their service telephone . Called on a Sunday, he was here within 30 minutes, changed my locks , gave inexpensive and better hardware to me. Will call him next time I need anything, and have referred him to family and friends. Nicest guy also.

I would advise Lock and Joe Doc to all my friends and relatives that when I need it, he came thru for me at a time. I was home alone my family was out town visit loved it was about 11:30 at night I went out to look at the email back I neglect to leave my door unlock so I shut it as I went to check the email when I was back the door was lock no method to get in the house I needed to mobile on me I was bare feet no shirt it was pretty chilly night I was lucky that one of my neighbor was up allowed me to use there pc and phone after calling 4 other location that told me either it would take two weeks to get here or Waite till tomorrow or want to charge me outrage charge just to come out charge whatever time it took them to get me in I finally call Joe he arrived out at less then 35 minutes got me within my house in no time and charge me a very fair fee so nice guy from now Joe from Lock Doc is the only one I will ever use.

I put up an appointment with Joe and we agreed that he would call a hour or so ahead to confirm he was coming. So that he couldn't get through, I left my cell phone away. When I called him half an hour after the appointed time to see whether he was arriving, he gently pointed out he'd left messages... 3 in fact, trying to confirm with mepersonally. He came out at the point and did an excellent job. I'd have no hesitation using him .
