I had known as a total of 5 locksmiths, the first didn't work on safes, the second didn't either but referred me to someone that did. The third said that he could open the safe for $500 and dispose of the safe for another $200. I called the forth who said he referred me and didn't work on safes.
Randy was nice and professional on the first call. I explained the matter and that I already had the replacement parts from the manufacturer (Cannon Safes overnighted me the parts that the locksmith would need to fix the safe as they understood it.) He had been able to quote me a price over the phone, which was the cost that is final. The cost was , not much, compared to leave me with an unusable safe or cost $200 to haul it off and the locksmith wanted to open the safe.

Very cool dude! Who knows how to handle business. Randy came in opened the locked door(that we can't find this key anywhere!) And provided to replace the lock using a new key as well... I have used him a few times now for our troubles we enter every so often, and no job was too big or too little. Need a stand up man with prices that are great I would call him!

Called to have a few safes started. I began to clarify that a family member (who previously used this man ) was at the hospital in critical illness and we needed to get medical documents/directives from the secure (s). Before Randy hung up on me I didn't even finish my sentence. Can't use the"disconnected" excuse in this day and age of caller identification. No call backagain. Just a impolite"hi" and that was that.
