Lock Doctor

We needed service to get back in and locked ourselves. Lock Doctor was the very first call I left as they were close. Very happy they had the door open in less time and were able to be at our home at 20 minutes. Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced ($150) considering the urgency of the situation.

Owner would give any refund for this service that is bad to me, I might locker myself and save 150$
I missed my appointment quite important because Bedroom door!! could not open For an hour and a half! He said the that the locker has to be broken if it's comparable or complex door, Wich is ok.

Well after talking with their agents they said they wouldn't refund me for afterward hour waisting locker that was broken and my time.
First of all tech did not clarify that I guess to cover that and me anything about bedroom locker.

In my landlord's urging, Maher came out to check whether I wanted safety enhancements on my apartment door once I received some (cough) sent"warnings" in an ex-boyfriend. Maher arrived within the hour.
My landlord owns a construction firm and they work together with the best vendors and use one locksmith The Lock Doctor.
I will say this: No one is getting through that door unless he comes with a Medieval ram and 5 guys.
The owner, Maher, seems like a person and I've met him a couple of times when apartments were being re-keyed or a tenant was locked outside.

We just moved into our home and Sam and Maher helped us change our locks fast. They operate with quality stuff, are professional, super nice, and responsive. I call them if get locked out of my residence or I want to change any locks. Due to them today our home seems hella safe!

Personally, that speaks volumes about how they want to do a fantastic job for their clients when a business will put their money on the line at one of their most stressful moments. Absolutely would work folks that are really fantastic, with them.
They had abandoned the message - it had been exhibited on the timestamps - but technology could wreck up for us and that is what's occurred here.
Although I had to make other arrangements, I am confident Lock Doctor is a upstanding service and would not hesitate to contact them. They offered to supply me their service in a time - free - to make it appropriate.
I posted a negative review and was upset because it seemed I had been blown off .
Today, because I learned from them, I'm changing this.
That wasn't the case at all.

About 225 for a ford expedition 2001... Came within half and hour or so. . Isnt a conversation individual. . Came and did his job left. . About 15 minutes. . This was for a lost car key I had to get replaced... Fast and efficient he had been though. . I did text him and requested him for a reciept he replied to send an email. . .

Maher is excellent!! I was referred to him last minute and he managed to come help me. He was extremely kind and helpful. My car, which had been sitting for about a month since I had lost my key and I'm lazy, gave him a message that he had never seen before and he took extra time to phone the tech department to work out precisely what was happening. Then was solved did what he could to give me a deal which was extremely helpful! Thanks to Maher and the Lock Doctor team, I highly recommend their services!

Looked on the internet for a Locksmith who cut the key to match at the exact same time and then might play programming of a key and stumbled upon LockDoctor.
Maher arrived, tried to plan the key to our Jeep. I had a new key from the dealer, but had a pin code to get it programmed. They could not help me with a pin code. THE DEALER!!! Maher says,"Let me give it a shot" and proceeded to retrieve a code from Chrysler's online database. After a few tries, he was able to get a the pin code that is required to plan the crucial!!!
Hopefully won't need services in the future. . .but if I do, I calling Lock Doctor first!!!

We predict Lock Doctor - . 15 minutes later, he arrives and is as friendly and helpful as anyone can be.
Another location is called by me - they keep telling me they'll be there in half-an-hour or even a couple of minutes, but keep not showing up.
I am in the Stonestown Mall parking lot with full load of beer and groceries from Trader Joe's, and I've locked my keys in the vehicle.

These guys are fabulous! Not only have they assisted me personally, but send them to assist my clients ALL. I'm a realtor, so I love to modify my customers' locks as a courtesy when they buy a house. They're professional and polite. They attempt to save money when they could options when applicable. They always manage to squeeze me when I need them too! They are called by definitely!

Tldr: Just employ Mark/Maher if you'll be present to affirm he's not overcharging you
We had been out of town so our neighbor and Maher met and aided him access our place. After he was done, Maher said he'd been for twenty five minutes and one hour but was only billing us for one hour, and $120 value of parts and called my husband. My husband paid him 325 and promptly took him at his word.
Why the entire narrative about being there for one hour and twenty five minutes but only charging us for one hour, and if that is the policy?
Next time I will find another one.
Found out from our neighbor that Maher was really there for only 30 minutes.
Via email I requested Maher about the discrepancy and asked him to refund us for half an hour labor. He responded"Let us say I was only there for the 30 mins. The minimum charge is one hour labor.
So $95 to come outside, and on top of a minimum cost of one hour labor at $125/hour, means you'll pay at least $220?

Locked out Myself and Known as Lock Doctor. They showed up in half an hour and let me in for $125. Fast reliable service.

You couldn't ask for moderately priced, honest locksmith. I had a few fobs replaced after dropping the working copy I'd. I spoke to Mike who went above and beyond to work together to discover the correct important fobs for an agreeable price, after being quoted an amount from the seller , then conveniently came to plan them. For my own van, and I had new operational important fobs in time. He was open and transparent about the way in which the programming procedure worked, and where the costs have been incurred (something that until today, has ever been a mystery to me.) There are a few types of businesses where locating a trustworthy person is like winning the lottery, and locksmiths are one of them. Here is. If I could Can give 10 stars.

Long story short got home super late and drunk, lost my apartment keys, and had absolutely no idea what to do. 30 minutes these men opened my door.

Called to ask about a non-emergency issue. He explained it would be a whole lot more affordable for me to take out the lock as they charge me less than half that which he would, and take it if he came by my house.
The man is aces, and he will get my organization if I ever do need a housecall.
