Locksmith on Duty

Alex could not have been more professional. He took care of my issue and has been pleasant and very courteous to interact with. When finished he asked if there was something else I needed, and even provided a few hints for when I replace my existing doors and locks. It was inconvenient that his handiwork was needed by me, but Alex made it as pleasant as it might have been under the conditions. I highly recommend Alex and the staff at Locksmith on Duty and their services.

Confirm to reset. On the positive side my locks have been flashed which made it simple for me to get in & out of the home.
Locksmith was great. However... I was not happy about the fees. I sent a petition and they insisted on coming out. No mention of this $25service fee. I would, if I could rate this company using zero stars. This company fails concerning overall competence, honesty, and customer support. Over the phone I requested a quotation and scheduled for somebody to come between 8 and 9. If you're not likely to keep a scheduled appointment do not bother making them! Additionally, I had been told there would be a service phone charge and would be billed $35 each lock 3 doors, 6 locks. I specifically asked about the expense of installing a deadbolt at a doorway which currently didn't have one and was given the exact same cost. After I did the math I came up with $235, but imagine my dismay when I see the bill for a 330. They determined it would be great business to surprise me for installing a deadbolt that was new with a $95 charge. That was not said in the quotation process despite the fact that I especially asked twice. Unfortunately I wasn't there to dispute the charge in person and got stuck with the bill. This firm took no initiative to instruct me since the customer about store purchased locks. I could not for the life of me figure out why my keys worked on all the locks although they were bought separately. A locksmith would have informed the customer about the keys being the exact same twice throughout the process, especially when they are asked about their possessions in compromised security and rekeying locks. I can not think a company like this is still in business.

I had a great experience with Locksmith on Duty in my new residence. Mr. Alex gave me an electronic lock to my front door that is robust but user-friendly. He also fixed a lever door handle where a carpenter should shave down some of the frame to protect against the doorway sticking and he showed me. Mr. Alex then took the time to show me the way to use a complex side door that requires an unconventional and unusual means to unlock it- although this had been his first time visiting the doorway. He had been patient when teaching me the way to operate it. The pricing was reasonable and I am happy that I had a nice experience with the company.

Thanks to Alex for taking good care of my problem and coming out. I could not get my door open as one of the lock bolts wouldn't disengage. He was able to replace the part. In addition, he fixed a problem with my deadbolt (which he did not charge extra for which has been truly appreciated). I believe such as rekeying one of my locks, it took all of about 30 minutes to get everything working again and replaced. Thanks for all your help - Sunday at midnight isn't just an enjoyable time to be working!

I locked myself out of my house in the day. I phoned Locksmiths on Call and they were straightforward about pricing, arrived over 20 minutes and had me with no harm to my locks or door. Great service and if I need a locksmith I will definitely use this provider.

Alex was quite educated, he was very professional and worked. He was able to rescue our lock. Alex really cares about his customers. Would recommend him.
