Like everyone else they are fast in their own message response speed, the ceremony actually takes and how much time it takes them to appear. It took about 40 minutes out of my personal text message to have them appear in my door. I believe that it took 10 minutes max for my locks to be placed on.
I had to have my locks and The Locksmith House gave me a quotation that they stuck to and was simple to schedule with. My door feels so much more secure.
The genuine locksmith that worked on my door (distinct from the individual I scheduled with) was extremely courteous and professional.

The Locksmiths in the Locksmith house were fast, courteous, and effective. They gave me better deals compared to all the additional locksmiths I inquired from. They responded to my quotation request and afterwards we affirmed the appointment they arrived within about twenty five minutes.

Locked out of my apartment and tried everything to open the door. Luckily this location happened to be right across the road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The guy behind the counter, '' I heard is that the proprietor, gave me a set of tools and when I could not he offered to send a technician. I was able to open the door myself which saved me $ and best of all they did not charge for the gear.
While the service was fast, I'm kind of iffy about the professionalism. It was somewhat expensive, $500 but I appreciate how quickly a locksmith showed up. What I didn't appreciate is being struck while there is a stranger in my own homes I have not fulfilled with the locksmith however it seemed very inappropriate his reaction to my name. Because he was departing further more, I didn't appreciate being asked for my phone number. It made me uncomfortable in my own property and appeared pretty predatory. I am not going to make a justification upon him leaving my residence as a text was sent, citing differences. Deplorable professionalism. Apparent disregard for distance. Completely unacceptable.

He guaranteed me the best possible rate for six keys, a cylinder replacement and security card (~$200 including taxation ). I'd requested quotes from 16 other locksmiths in my neighborhood, but what made me book professionalism and courtesy. The locksmith gave plenty of notice before coming out and arrived just on time. He substituted our lock in 10 minutes, maybe less. I highly suggest The Locksmith House to anyone.
