I called the business to test with them their estimating works along with the man or woman who works at service desk was quite stern, rude that was borderline. He said I will be called by the manager after and I requested to talk to their manager and hung never asking me my number or anything.

He said that it is labour because the pins are nearly nothing, when I asked him what the substance will cost because the hooks are changing. So if labour is $150 and the hooks cost almost nothing what's your $158 for? He was saying it is labour. I have hired many days and work as a contractor so am utilized to speaking and evaluating the cost of commerce type function, and I truly felt like this was a dishonest deal. It was at 10pm and I believe he was trying to make the most of that. I payed him the $15 and asked him kindly to leave. He gave me a bill for the service fee and was ok.

I called because I had locked myself out of my condo. They told me it'd be $15 for the support fee and $35 and upwards to undo the lock. After the guy got there that he charged me $35 for the service charge for unlocking my door, and $290. So $325 total!! He'd done the service, and so I paid him and he left.... Guess I should have read reviews! They are crooks and liars. That they don't steal my credit card information.

The technician was very rude, yelling at me attempting to do a little bit of job that I didn't ask. The manager of the person in charge or this organization is worst than the technician.
Don't use these guys! Complete rip off! Stay away! They will charge you triple what they quote you.
