I would recommend these guys for equivocal and skilled service.
Ed was patient with me and understood what he was doing was one real cool guy and all my Keys I want done.
I will update once I test out the new pair of keys outside. Hope they are cut to perfection.
Service was amazing, fast and friendly. Cool AC chill place for Keys and really blasting. About 10 keys required approximately 5 minutes.
There's street parking parallel to the business enterprise.
The first time here. Came here to have some keys.

Consistently secure, always right the 1st time expert! Fantastic job! As a business owner I will cross one worry off my list with those men.

The service I get was adequate meaning that they got the job done and did what they were supposed to but I absolutely hate calling the main point (pun intended) and working with their main receptionist. He is an elderly gentleman and he sound unapologetic and condescending. Why did they assign the individual who has customer service abilities that are innate to be?

Wow. Quoted one price on the phone. When they came out, Altered the price. Irate. Interrupted a lot. Avoid at any cost.

I had an excellent experience with Mainline Security. Mikee at the showroom is SUPER individual and educated. He took the time to explain the gaps between the safes in terms of both fire and theft protection. When they arrived to install at my home Mikee, Jerod and Ed were a team - efficient and thorough. This area gets my top rating. : )

$105 to send someone + $60 30min to test + any fee for setup. Revisit fee $30 + HW product price when it is HW installation.
Not bad instruction and expertise within the telephone, but I found chaper.

Extremely rude. Called in early and talked with guy in Accounting office that didn't know the version number of this safe and acted as though it was a massive inconvenience I called in to purchase a $ 2k that I needed to but.

Fine. I simply get a brass key. At least they have Apple Pay. However, there's a minimum. I believe this store has missed the point of advantage and Apple Pay. Strike two.
Reference for direction: I arrived here the morning of Tuesday, 5/8/18 about 9:30am. My clerk was a guy with dark hair. You want to vet before giving them the duty to run the machine that new people can replicate keys.
But then I get home and the copy doesn't even work. Just doesn't budge a millimeter and sticks difficult in the door. Strike three. You are out.
So I dig my wallet out, count out $ 4, and deal with needing to keep an eye on change in my pocket. Whatever.
I came here to have a key copied after reading a leading review they were for replicating keys great.
So I can distinguish this key I wanted a color key. I understand these aluminum keys are durable but also the convenience is worth it. They had a cheesy pair of an American flag key and one sports group essential. Strike one.

I locked myself out of my apartment. Arrived within 5 mins of my call.

I phoned at 4:40 to ask if they'd be open until 5pm. They affirmed the doors shut at 5, so I arrived at 4:54 and sprinted a mile. The doors were closed and my calls were ignored.

Outstanding and kind folks working here. And keys made. All of them worked on the first attempt. Thank you!

The supervisor was called in, and showed me where I was incorrect. He was quite professional. But the treatment by the salesman was uncalled for. He certainly didn't try and solve the issue. The least I expected was an apology when I left, as I gathered the lock to try again. None was provided.
Do not treat your clients as if they were thieves, particularly when you are not selling locks that are standard in the price on the current market, it will only get no repeat business and you reviews.
I brought back a lock that we felt (per my installing carpenter) something was amiss. Turns out it was fine.
I've had earlier coping with mainline Security and it was first course, and always very professional.
But I was treated with the sales rep when I was trying to scam Mainline Security.

Love this place. Keys are duplicated by them and they are friendly. My buddies had a really hard time getting the keys to their home replicated since it said"don't duplicate" on them, no matter how often they clarified to lock smiths they owned their house. I explained the problem and moved and they were more than happy to duplicate the keys.

Extremely fast and friendly service. Made copy of essential --in and out in less than 3 minutes. Street parking seems to be readily available during business hours.

John mended a tacky door all in an hour and replaced our previous lock deadbolt. Friendly, professional. Will definitely be using Mainline in future.

I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone as I've had the chance to consult with other local locksmiths and they've been nice to speak to, lent me a marginally lower price with each of the guarentees, and apparently honest about their accessibility.
I was quoted that they'd arrive at 5-10minutes, didn't have anyone arrive till 20minutes later. Pretty annoying but nevertheless a issue.
Locked needed fast entry and myself out of the location.
For somebody who's in an elderly profession like locksmithing, you would think customer service would be greater on the list of things to concentrate on rather than attempting to gouge customers who have been locked out of their own place and are in a hurry (a dreadful feeling).
He does re-do my lock that is old but it's pretty frustrating that each step of the process was met by inferior professionalism and workmanship.
The staff members I talked to were not friendly to speak to at all and really unaccomodating to somebody who got locked out of the location. But I'm in a rush, I will tolerate this.
Finally the locksmith gets here, asks a few questions and has to it, it's a fairly business transaction at this point. The locksmith spends 20-30 minutes attempting to get the lock open (quite standard lock mechanism) and eventually gives up and drills the lock available... *facepalm*

The key copies made, with decent prices and a sort, friendly employees. I will return for crucial duplicates and any additional security needs and highly recommend their services.

They may do great work, but whoever the jerk is that answers the telephone shouldn't be allowed around the public. Actually called me a four letter vulgar name and gave attitude to me. I suppose he forgot the customer is always right!
