Mike is a great locksmith, and I'd recommend his services without hesitation. We needed to have support for getting our entrance door and gate locks re-keyed. For two hours later, mike returned our phone very quickly, and made a appointment. He was friendly, and extremely capable. Roughly half the time I had anticipated was taken by the re-keying, and was done.
Our entrance gate lock had always"captured" a little, and demanded jiggling every time. Not after Mike was finished. The keys to the lock that was re-keyed proved so perfectly made the lock functions without any catch or feeling . It's so smooth, so effortless that I needed to try out the old key to make sure that the lock wouldn't turn without the essential!

I can't say enough great things about Mike of Mike's Locksmith & General Services. My companies had two, along with a customized built installed. I did research via Yelp--I knew he would be the one we hire, and I have to have called 10 distinct locksmiths. He was knowledgable, professional, individual (I know nothing about guards and had fun trying to describe what we were looking for, lol) and really efficient. His job was top-notch and we will hire him again!

This day I called Mike's Locksmith and locked myself outside of my house. The tech arrived at my house very quickly and was very professional and courteous. The tech, Mike, was good in his job, productive and friendly. I recommend Mike's Locksmith for almost any emergency.

Mike was super fast and effective when obtaining our four locks re-keyed. Really personably, friendly attitude and walked me through what he would do and breakdown of costs. Highly recommended!

We had an emergency, our gate lock broke so I discovered Mike and appeared on Yelp. We were lucky Mike came right out to fix our lock that somebody else had canceled. It took 15min and our door was back to normal.
On the phone when I predicted, he asked me questions he had a sense what went on. He understood right away what we wanted fixed although I understand nothing about making a lock a lock.

Mike showed up to our home right on time and got to working on the door that had unlocking and locking issues. It is a door system that is much older but Mike was not phased by it! He worked on our door that wouldn't lock and that door. He was nice and professional and efficient! I need all service individuals were amazing! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Mike is fantastic. He responds to calls. He shows up in time. Is friendly. He is fast and true. He'll assist you in finding a more affordable alternatives to fix your lock and door issues. His materials' quality is good. Mike times have been used by us and I recommend him.

Mike came to my house on a Monday about 4pm and helped with a mailbox issue/front door issue and outdoor gate issue. He finished the job in 15 mins (all 3 jobs) we are extremely happy with his job and would recommend him to everyone we know. He was courteous and a joy to work with. Thanks mike you made our day!

Not only has he come to resolve every item, but he comes in a jiffy....He has a fantastic character for those kids as a role model and is obviously very professional.
We've had shlage locks come completely off the classrooms doors, toilet doors apparently locked forever, and front gate couldn't open from the outside...
Allow me to tell you in a child care centre it is safety!

He texted with his availability. Then confirmed . He texted to let us know he was on the road , he fixed it and showed up on time. It cost $125. He explained how he fixed it to my husband and what had happened and was very nice about it.
Very good experience with Mike. Our door knob stopped working. I gave a call to him. Sent him a pic of the door knob.
I am hoping I don't desire his services because that means I am locked out or something is broken... but if I do I will call him for certain.

Please find a better way to dispose of the keys. They keys end up being washed down the drains and leak to the creek and ocean.
I heard the clink of the keys as they drove from our house 17, hitting on the street. I have been wondering why there have been so many keys on our roads
They might be great but the person that is employed for Mike's lives in the Park Pacifica neighborhood throws used/unwanted keys . I have been viewing the keys on our street for more than a year.

Mike asked us to send a video of the issue so he could ascertain whether he could correct the problem before making a service call (he was trying to save us money if it was something that he could not do - that does that?) . He let us know that he could fix it, after reviewing the video. We scheduled time and a date. Mike arrived on time and has been able to customize a part for our lock. The lock works like new. We'd have been forced to buy a new lock if Mike hadn't been around and that would have been crazy expensive. Mike's prices were fair. We would recommend his services.

Mike has been used by me twice before. The ceremony was good, he was on time in reality a few minutes early and very professional looking with a truck that is clean and tools. I had a few lock adjustments and he was fair and speedy in pricing.
This time I had him at my house outside town. He said YES. I wanted to stick that I understand does work. I had a front door repair. He did his magic and the cost was again reasonable, also for coming all of the way out here. Thanks Mike!!!!
