Fast and professional support. A house lock out and the issue was diagnosed by Ben over the telephone and provided a thorough estimate. After resolving the lockout he charged me less.

I had just moved into a new apartment and it arrived without a window coverings. My mom and I both tried to put the blinds to no avail, neither of us could take action, although I bought up. In comes my Yelp search for a handyman! I called Ben and he had been the only man. He had a really positive attitude whilst helping me with putting my blinds up and arrived on time. We had good experience with Ben. If you're looking to replace the lock or have your doorway repaired, I highly suggest Mister Ben!
We had difficulties with our toilet door. I asked if he could mend our toilet door once he finished everything. He was so helpful and fixed it.
Our doorway has issues and we need to replace our present lock with a one. I found the quote that he offered and Ben on Yelp is very reasonable in comparison to some other businesses. In addition, he sounded very down to earth on the telephone. Our door gets more complex issues than anticipated and Ben spent more than two hours to have everything.
Our new door lock works great! I can not be happier. After Ben fixed set up new lock and the doorway, he knobs and also used a towel. And he used a vacuum system to wash the ground. Ben is detailed oriented and he really takes care of everything for us.

Ben gave a reasonable estimate responded to my inquiry promptly, and arrived on time at my home. He was attentive, professional, and efficient with his time as he assisted me mount a TV and soundbar. As a bonus, he fixed a door knob on his way out. I wouldn't hesitate to ask back Ben .

Ben responded was instantaneous and great to work with. He resolved the immediate issue (stuck/broken key in lock), but assisted to ensure it would not get stuck . I would certainly recommend him.

Ben is awesome. Called him to assist fixing a doorbell -ours was stolen out of retail company door. He was very receptive, unlike the numbers in the region I had predicted before who never even bothered to get back to me. Ben was here in a few hrs and not installed the doorbell but went to the scope to repair our door lock that had a small issue. Great service & really friendly guy. We will definitely call again next time

I was prepared to replace my top security lock because it was too difficult to turn the key when entering my flat (I'm a senior with arthritis).
As a senior I'm grateful to have a locksmith I will predict. . .he dose not take advantage and takes pride.
He also made the lock and an adjustment turns freely.
A buddy gave Ben's phone number to me. I was prepared to spend money to replace the lock. Ben showed me my lock was nice worked the lock, it was the bolt was sticking because the building had settled over time and the alignment was off so the bolt couldn't move freely.

Ben is wonderful! He given a fair quote and responds quickly. He came to mend my door and discovered that there were several issues I was not aware of until it had been done right and fixed it. He goes above and beyond. I will certainly use him .
