New England Locks, Inc

Don't use!! I called them to get a mailbox key. I got the run around trying to meet them (at the rental I have, but don't reside in, therefore it was NOT convenient). He finally called several times, all from amounts. He told me he would need the secret to cut once we attached. We tried to have him hook up with my renter. However he said he called (once I trust my Dr Tenants more than that lock dude). Eventually I sent my husband to fulfill him. They blew off him, so he called them - to which they gave explanations and eventually said they could REPLACE the whole lock. Weeks after we ended up at Brookline Lock Co 33 ave, and paid $7 to get 3 keys. We should have started there! I will never use New England Locks in history!!!

Not recommended. New England Locks set up two economical locks for us (not cheap in cost but in manufacture) after a few misrepresentation about pricing to your trip. 1 lock broke. There fell A tiny bit out. They did not return a message that I left around 5 on Friday afternoon, although NE Locks state they have 24-hour emergency service. I phoned again and got a person who promised a trip between 10 and 9 Monday. We're unable to lock the door all weekend. The locksmith called and said he would be later, monday morning. At 10:45, I called to say I needed to go out at 11:30, was he on his way? He said he would come in 1:30 and asked when I would return. Stay tuned to find out if they ever come...
