Do not use this business! They lie, cheat and steal! They came to program two car keys to my home. They quoted me $75 for the job. I had been confirmed this. This key would be $250 to program As soon as they got they said oh well. That is for a single key! They said the job for both keys would be 75. I would have sent them away. But I did not. He worked on my car. So that he managed to program, I had the key. He charged me. He was paid by me. In the morning I went to begin my car. He'd left the light on. So I got my car started. I then noticed was blinking. So then I decided to attempt my remote starter. The starter would function. I called 247 Rhode Island Locksmith. I told them my car had been worse off then when he started working on it. They told me after he worked on it, I should have checked the automobile and the battery was my fault. Eventually I was told that somebody in billing would phone me back. Do not hear back. So I called. They stated billing was shut. to call back. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was gone for the afternoon. This went on for days and right into weeks. Either the supervisor"Rita" was gone for the afternoon or within a"meeting". Never had a single call returned. Each time I called I had been put on hold rather than picked up. Therefore I called a great deal. At one point I had been told they'd block my number. I got the Attorney General involved. 247 delivered the $35 back to me but only because I needed to involve the Attorney General. My car cost over $35 to get it to where it had been before they broke it and came out back.
Also, they do not have an address. They are not neighborhood as they claim to be. Google -LRB-888-RRB- 418-5009. It will come up with companies all over. The title they've listed under BBB is Speedy Locksmith. They're Also listed under Boston Locksmith and Security. BBB A + and they promised to be Angie's List. I called both businesses and let them know that 247 Rhode Island Locksmith was advertising. 247 have taken down the advertisements. Please stay clear. They'll lie and cheat you out of your money.
