It appeared to be an impossible job to repair but that I can t thank him enough for accuracy, professionalism, his ability and extraordinary work and Roy took the challenge to complete the job with the perfection and In way. How NICE although thoroughly impressed with not just the professionalism but the gentleman I spoke to on the telephone was! I predicted after hours and left a voicemail asking if they can assist with a lock matter. He said he can come by that night and when I began to explain the problem in more detail and returned the call less than an hour - he said it was a problem and that he could talk me through it. I've never had a seller patiently teach me the way to repair a problem. He could charged me an arm and a leg to the trip out here to resolve a problem. But he earned a long-term client because now I am only expecting Astro for any issues - and obviously paying later on for them!

I called Astro and tried to fix itself and got locked out of my bathroom, but ultimately gave up. The call was taken by lior and said he would come over to fix it in an hour or two. However, it had a professional, so that he came and was great in conveying the timeline. He noticed that my front door had the deal on upside down, so it was fixed by him before he even came to the home. He worked on the problem doorknob lock. Because it apparently had been drilled before he needed to try several techniques, but he finally solved the problem. He was personable, friendly, and easy to work with, and the cost was fair. If I ever want locksmith services 13, I will call Astro again. Good job!

I've utilized Astro locksmith twice now once I locked myself in the evening, I was impressed by their timely response and work that was speedy! I also have used them to swap a lock on a mailbox once the key broke in the lock, they were professional and very flexible in working with my schedule and responsive. I would use them again should the need arise!

Moved to a new house and wanted to change the locks out. I achieved and discovered Astro Locksmith on yelp. I discovered back quickly, was given a reasonable and thorough cost quote, they came out several days later and completed the job... everything was just simple. Nice, trustworthy people -- certainly will be my locksmith.

In case your hardware is super old call them. Arrival, superb customer service and skills that are amazing. Today, I called and they came within the hour. I have a really old antique doorknob and latch. The latch was stuck although the doorknob would flip. Due to this, the door didn't open. Roy came by to take a look. He removed casings, the doorknob and opened it up. He replaced the components and identified the issue. I put it back together like a puzzle and expertly could see he was an expert, by the way he dismantled it. Roy knows his stuff. He cleaned the dust from the job, with a vacum cleaner. I'd give Roy 10 stars.

In case you are currently attempting to select between a couple of options or have any uncertainty, Lior and Astro Locksmith couldn't be recommended by me more. I sent a message via Yelp and he reacted immediately. He was not the only one which suggested I didn't need a new locking mechanism to fix my problem when he reacted. He was respectful and did it, when he came over to repair it. . .not to mention at a rate that has been half of what the next had quoted me. Thank you Lior for your honesty, professionalism and work!

Among the most effective mobile locksmith in Mass.. Made me personally a Very Very difficult key in my driveway. Every firm told me I had to tow it to dealership. Very Professional and fast service.

After struggling for two weeks to get a reasonable quote I have found Roy who was a life saver, following one phone call - he asked where the vehicle is located and proceeded there, cloned the remote and cut the key in my father-in-law's place - while still on my limited budget!

I'd formerly referred to as another locksmith that took one look at my doorway and said there was nothing he could do - that I had to replace my (admittedly) very old door and doorframe before he could help me with my lock. I called Astro Locksmith, after he left, and the problem was fixed by Lior right away! He was professional, knowledgeable/competent, and gave a price to me. Next time I need a locksmith, I will be calling Lior.

Astro Locksmith is amazing!! I asked Lior if he can stop by and correct a lock for me and discovered their van. He did a fantastic job fixing the lock and matching the rear door lock so that it would work with all the keys to the front door and came over soon after. As he was leaving, I recalled my front doorknob was shaky and he quickly replaced it everything that was fixed so that it works better than it has. I strongly recommend himfriendly, professional, prompt, and neat.

He supplied service the same day that I called as we were in a new home in which was convenient and wanted the locks changed right away.

This was my time. Last time he had been on time and finished the work (re-keying one key and fixing a pit round the lock) quickly. This time I didn't hesitate to choose to work him and he didn't let me down. After maybe 20 minutes he was done with 3 rekeying and 4 copies for every. Satisfied with his work and will definitely use him again.

After we called Astro, with no reluctance, one of their locksmiths (I'm forgetting his name) who lived in our region spent 45 minutes shoveling out his van so he could come back and assist us. Not only did people appreciate his efforts, but he had been so pleasant throughout the process and one of the nicest men. He even text me updates on how much it would take to scoop out, had no difficulty parking blocks b/c of the snow off and also taught us several things about locks while he was getting us back.
Following the"bomb cyclone"'d struck the Boston area with over 12" of snow, my finace and I left our flat (that evening) and our keys fell out of my pocket at some point. Leaving us trapped in the cold and without a way.
I do leave testimonials, but our expertise with the locksmith and Astro that they sent us was above and beyond anything we could've asked for in a ceremony.
Wish I could remember the locksmith's title, but he was awesome. If you need help using locks, definitely call these guys.
