Shawn got all of our kicks re-keyed after purchase of our new house; he got it nicely. My mom reported he was really efficient although I was not present. My issue is that I discovered that the front doorknob was extremely sticky and as a result the door did not latch or close. We rang he and Shawn was able to return to put in a doorknob. I wish he'd alerted my mom to the doorknob when we had been there the very first time, as we could have asked it to be replaced by him then and there, with no need for a later service call and service charge. Aside from this, we're delighted with the job.

I called Shawn instantly following our routine locksmith business (Bruce's Lock Shop) told me they had been"short-staffed" and wouldn't be able to send someone to our business before Friday afternoon (this was Tuesday morning I was calling ) to unlock our cabinet with the keys for our lockbox within it. He worked the door until it started, preventing drilling into the lock and destroying it. Apparently, the"smart" locks may tend to dislodge a mechanism inside making it smart. Sounds pretty dumb to me.

I had an emergency with a vacation rental and Shawn was incredibly beneficial.
