Oscar is excellent. He clarified many different ways to repair our problem and gave us choices on how working with him would go. He does an excellent job at describing his thought process and to work together with him.

I use Plumb Loco for all my plumbing requirements. Oscar is quite educated, and does work. His rates are great, & he is fun. I highly suggest Plumb Loco!

First time needed for a plumber. I had a leaky faucet. So I took a shot and called, left a message and Oscar returned my call. Very courteous and professional. His spouse and him accessed the task needed and fixed it! I was saved by them. Deciding a plumber can be stressful, but Plumb Loco took all those worries away. Oscar came through for me. I called him originally when I saw our heater was leaking and then he told me exactly what to do to handle the leak, which helped initially.The leak came back and that I was able to persuade him to come to the house the following day. I got home and there was a water heater and a pan to maintain the water if it leaked , which wasn't there previously included which caused water damage in our garage.

I opted to have my own faucets and Oscar provided lots of excellent advice on picking new faucets. He was quick to schedule an installation appointment, and called to verify the afternoon. The day of the appointment he came punctually and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Overall I was very pleased with Plumb Loco, and will call Oscar again later on with any plumbing needs.
I highly recommend Plumb Loco. I predicted about toilet sink faucets, and Oscar was quick to respond and schedule a scheduled appointment appointment. He spent lots of time explaining the problem with my options and my sink, while also going within the benefits and disadvantages of each choice.

I have been operating with Oscar from Plumb Loco for decades, and he is really wonderful. Friendly, educated, trustworthy, honest, experienced and helpful. I wish he could do anything else around the house! Oscar also helped with my grandparent's house, and earned a rare report back from my grandmother. Oscar is definitely a trendy human doing fair business. He told me of things I must take note of, answered my questions, gave his time to me on the phone and clarified gas line leaks are handled in general. He is also making him personable and approachable. He helped me be by teaching me about the subject/process/service of curing gas line leaks, an informed customer. While he wasn't able to come to my rescue now because he had been booked solid, he helped me how he could with a great dose of graciousness, humor, and professionalism while being busy! Consider that; somebody who gives to help however they can, even when they aren't getting a dime from you. Oscar, Thank you!

His group did a large plumbing project (moved bathroom, second floor) fresh mixing valve bathtub, new pipes for sink. 2019, not a problem with all the work he did. Not only is that his team fearless and not afraid to get dirty, they took on our job which scared plumbing businesses off. I trust Oscar in our house, his team are always kind, professional and courteous. He is a professional plumber and his rates are reflected by his knowledge. Then he's not your man if your concern is price. He's got a no-nonsense fashion, and won't take on work or recommend short cuts doing things the incorrect way, (which can cause you problems down the road.) It's worth having. From elite homes to apartment buildings he's never made us feel our questions or thoughts didn't warrant the time for him to give his feedback to us. The team set up a Valve to deal with higher water pressure it solved aggravating problems we were having on the property. Fantastic job!

I predicted Oscar about a smell coming from the drain in my toilet. I thought we needed to have the P-trap inquired and replaced if he could come out. Upon arriving, he realized the sink needed to be cleaned. Me would have easily billed for a replacement we did not need, instead he supplied us with advice that was honest, and left without charge. Highly recommend for anyone searching for an honest attorney.

We called out him to do maintenance. Since San Diego has water, we need to get our unit flushed annually to keep the water heater. During the visit that was regular, Oscar noticed that the device leaked, which, naturally, isn't ordinary. Now the new device isn't working as expected, although we could get the manufacturer to replace the unit completely. Over the previous two weeks, Oscar has been to our home at least four times, Takagi technical support to test different components of the device and working with us, tirelessly troubleshooting resolutions and all issues. Oscar has been professional and - undoubtedly - our urge. He called last night at 7:30 to follow us up and see how the unit was working. What amazing service!

Oscar has spent a lot of time fixing various plumbing issues at our house: water lines, gas lines, replacing our water heater, etc., and is always keen to give us our expert advice if we have an overall plumbing question.
