We just moved into a condominium, and they sent a man who arrived the next day that I called. Very professional but also super fine. Great experience. I think they strive on making customer happy. That I think they did.
Their service has good prices and is Friendly, fast!
$225 for a three minute lockout endeavor, the original estimate is $35. This is a scam, never use them. I'll report them to any gov't service which will listen.
TERRIBLE. My dog and I had been locked out with no telephone (I know, not smart), and also the guy who showed up completely took advantage of this situation to charge me $189 to open up the doorway, which required all of 3 minutes. DON'T EVER CALL THEM.
SCAM!!! This group is part of a locksmith scam which uses fake addresses to lure custmomers into thinking they're working with a local locksmith when in fact it is a scam. The locksmith shows up in an unmarked van, claims he can't pick your lock and drills out, replaces it, then charges you $200 just to appear plus scams you around the cost of a cheap lock then needs cash payment only. They won't provide you any business information titles, etc.. DON'T GET SCAMMED
