Pop-A-Lock

My son couldn't unlocked it and locked my bedroom . He laid on the ground crying looking beneath the door asking me to open it. He couldn't understand why it wasn't being opened by me. He is deaf and wasn't wearing his cochlear implants. It broke my heart it thought he had been in trouble he kept stating open but couldn't understand exactly what I said back . I phoned pop-a-lock and the technician said he could get to me in about 7 minutes and that he did. When he got to my home he tried to reassure my son. He managed to find the door open in about 80 seconds. He also explained it was FREE since it was a crisis!! Normally extra for emergencies charge. I came in to save and am so incredibly thankful for Alfie that he was so professional Thank you

Service was considerate, professional, and prompt. Our tech, Alfie, not only changed our locks but managed to complete small repairs inside lock chambers & the doorknobs. After getting over the shock of what I did and calming down my nerves, I grabbed my phone and also googled the locksmith.
I insisted the money I told him lunch was on me had personally and asked for some cards is taken by that the technician.
In this time of conglomerates and big-box retailers that treat customers like you're one of many, it's nice when a company goes out of the way to provide professionalism and the care which earns them a customer for life.
In a time when I was so desperate to do anything, to pay anything- those men were amazingly professional, respectful and affectionate.
Your buttocks, coupled with a gust of wind and those days when you reach for something grab it, turn around, helps your keys close and lock in your vehicle?
Certainly not one of my moments.

It is their business policy that emergency lockouts involving kids in automobiles are free. I was shocked.
Should you need a professional locksmith. . .or possibly run into someone requiring one...I would advise you to give them a call at 1.800. POP.A.LOCK

Locked out of my vehicle, Pop-A-Lock came in 30 minutes as promised. Desired $125 to get a weekday automobile lock out! I declined. Next forecast, $75. Got it, and called one more done for $50 using Phoenix Towing Service! No haggling required either!! So why so many stellar reviews for Pop, praising their reasonable pricing?! Hmmm... Well, you can imagine! Fantastic luck all:)

Needed the other night, to use them. I've a problem with locking the lock. Went outside to look at the email and oops I did it Brittany spears. I had my cell phone on me and they were came up when I googled em. So I phoned up, they had great ratings and they told me give it 30 minutes. 40 minutes their tech arrived and bam I was back inside poorer and feeling dumber than ever. Next time

Bill is the bomb! I've been using Bill using Pop-A-Lock for many years to properties that are rekey. I'm in the real estate business and Bill provides a flat-rate for realtors. He always provides turn-around, super fast reply and great customer service , plus he is the best priced.

Just had a terrific experience with these men. Prompt, even and detailed asked if they might have a broom to sweep up before leaving! Was very comfortable with the service person and am happy with the work. Great cost and so handy. Highly recommend!!

If I could give 100 celebrities it wouldn't be sufficient. Picture three sexy tired dogs, leaving the dog park, being placed home and they have locked in. Pop A Lock was there within 15 minutes, free of cost (I would have paid whatever ) and were super nice. I can't say enough great things. Ask my happy hounds!!

I eventually gave in, I could not find the keys so I started making calls to get a quote on replacement car keys. After calling a number of individuals, Bill from pop-a-lock was the only one who could give me a true quote over the telephone without all the added"possible fees."
Not just that, but my car was sitting in my garage for a while, and Bill gave my car a jump start if my battery died after programming the keys. Life saver!

All the locks were needed by us in our home re-keyed. I called their quote and different locksmith was the best. Bill was great! I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Professional, prompt, efficient, considerate, etc.. Might be a bit on the expensive end....but you get what you pay for.

Kevin came outside on a house we just bought to re-key three locks. We did not recognize that a side gate to the house didn't latch. Kevin spent an extra 45 minutes working to get the gate didn't charge us extra although he had expected to take 20 minutes and to operate correctly. He was courteous, professional, and did a superlative job. We highly recommend him for anybody.

Son lost the only key fob to his truck. Telephone Pop A Lock we decided to meet at 10:00 am. He called my wife just before I got there and she clarified the truck he had the door to program the new fob. We was completed by 10:05. Response work that is good. Recommend them highly.

Pop-A-Lock is an amazing company! They rescued me when I locked my key in my car, then again when were the victims of theft and had all our keys stolen... They have been so helpful and kind. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Very guys. They rekeyed my whole house. Later when I analyzed some of the doors didn't work but they came back the same day to repair the problem and even gave locks to me without charge.

We moved into a house that had 13 keys to different doors and doors. Pop A Lock came out and reduced it to TWO keys! They were on time, clean did not tear up anything, and directly forward about the pricing. Clearly the"class act" of lock smiths! THANKS!!!
